Very clean and reasonably priced. I got the 90 minutes for $95 deep tissue massage. I had a great Masseuse who found all my knots and took great feedback. Would come back again.

Wonderful experience! It was our first time at Serenity Spa, and definitely not our last. The massage was spot on. So relaxing. We can't wait to try their other services. The owner and workers there are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Pros and Cons: Pros: Great massage, they do massage for full hour and not like 5 mins late to get you ready and leave 5 mins early. They do full 1 hr massage for 60 mins Cons: Stay away from their shady attitude. We had paid tip in advance (choices were 25%, 30%, 35%) but at the end of the massage, we wanted to pay more so on top of the initial tip, we gave extra $10 to each as it was a couple's massage, they started saying it should be $20 for each; so at the end we ended up paying like 50% in tips.

Professional, clean, high quality services at a reasonable price. I’ve been here 4-5 times now, getting massage and body scrub. My friends have also done facials. I find it easy to get an appointment, reasonably priced, very clean and relaxing environment (no chatty masseuses). They are prompt, and everything is just what I need to remove built up stress in my body.

I tried calling to book a massage, but the phone interaction wasn't pleasant. The person who answered seemed rude, especially when I referenced their Fremont location from the website and she insisted I repeat the full address with an attitude. I decided not to continue the call. If you plan to book with them, having their full address handy might save you some trouble. The phone call felt more like a demanding job interview than trying to book a relaxing spa appointment.

This place is a diamond. The staff is friendly. The environment is clean and peaceful. I've never had any problems in the 15 years I've been coming here. Every masseuse is polite and courteous.
