The technician's technique was professional and he applied the massage very well to address my long-term shoulder and neck pain. There is also soft music, which is very relaxing. I used to go to this place when they were on Fremont Blvd and I always had great service. Now they moved to the new location and looks like the staff has changed because now they are more focused on trying to give rub and tugs. I’d never go back especially since after I declined the person got mad and cut the massage time down and said the hour is up. And I didn’t see any wall license showing the person was licensed either.

It is very impression for me. The ladies working there are nice and professional. The deep tissue for my shoulder and lower back make me very comfortable. My sore reduces. I will come again。

The massage therapist seemed to find every tension point I had without needing me to say a word. She was communicative about pressure and was very consistent once she found the correct level. The massage was good however I’m giving them 2 stars because of the customer service. When I entered the place after calling and made an appointment the lady on the front asked me what type of massage I wanted so I chose regular massage therapy since anything else is a rip off anyway. She asked if I wanted to pay cash or card I said card then she said we have $3 fee since you’re paying card I said that’s fine not a big deal. Then while I was in the massage therapy her phone kept ringing and she was answering the phone multiple times.Since the room I was in was close to the entrance I can hear other customers came in now she goes open the door and leaves me in for couple of times. After she finished she obviously wants tip which is I get it she was working on my back for an hour but when she asked me why I’m giving her only $5 dollars after all what happened she got mad I said sorry but that’s what I feel you deserve today. Then when she charged me for the tip she did $7 dollars and when I asked she goes that’s the fee again I was like why didn’t you tell me. End of the story stay away those people think they’re smart and they want to rip people off one way or the other.
