Skinovatio Medical Spa - Lincoln Park

Horrible experience. Two times they have lied to book an appointment for a relative of mine and mind you they don’t open for an appointment they have made during their business hours. Not only do we have to take time off from work with loss of income to get there at the time they scheduled us for, but they also ghost us and decide to not open their business. No regards to the consumers at all! A courtesy call would’ve been great at a minimum right? Between the loss of income to make the trip here and dealing with over an hour of traffic, makes this establishment look horrible. I will not do business here and make sure that I file a public complaint.

I recently got an IPL photofacial with Victoria and she was amazing. Nowadays this tech is in a lot of places, but as someone who has gotten a few in my lifetime I can say that Victoria was the most skilled and thorough. She made sure to get all areas needed on the face and didn't miss a spot. These types of treatments can be dangerous in the wrong hands but I fully trust her ability. She was also super informative and you can tell she is very knowledgeable in her craft. There is an art and science to this kind of treatment and she is top of her game. If you're looking for any sort of treatment, I highly recommend coming here and seeing Victoria!

I have been to several MedcSpa locations. Victoria is by far the most competent and professional. She is spot on with her treatment plan. No hard sell and uber informative. I keep coming back for more and look better every time. She really is the best

Purchased a xeomin bank for $800 because the staff assured me that they were lenient on the timing because I was concerned about it (it states it needs to be used in 1 year). Fast forward, they are not honoring it. Management didn't come to the table with any options/solutions -- just a reply of "that's the rules". I was sold something of a significant dollar value under a sales pitch that was not accurate. When I initially called about it, I got the run around because their number was being forwarded to other offices while they were out. Frustrating all around.

I had a microneedling with PRP treatment at Skinovatio Medical Spa in Lincoln Park last week, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Caitlyn was my provider, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease.​ Her technique was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated her attention to detail throughout the session.​ The spa itself was clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling confident and excited about the results to come. I highly recommend Caitlyn for anyone considering microneedling with PRP—her professionalism and care truly set her apart.​

I’ve been here a couple times over the years for both laser hair removal + Botox, but after my most recent visit I will not be coming back. 1) I scheduled my appt with Carol over a month ago, and after almost 40 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I was told "she had a client come in with a few friends/family members who wanted injections too, so we are really behind today". Not considerate and overall not organized. 2) I knew bc of the pricing that this wasn’t some premier ultra elite spa, but I would at least expect sanitary and professional conditions (Ex: this kid running around barefoot)
