Red Square Spa

Love to come to this spa with my friends and family. Easy parking. Quick service, very upfront and personal, I like that. Food is great and prices are reasonable. This is one of my favorite places to go to when I am craving comfort food, steam room and an ice cold beer on a draft. Will definitely be back.

I like everything about this place. I know there are a lot of angry reviews for some reason, but if you want a cosy and real BANYA this is the place. The food is awesome, too. Obviously people who don’t like their food have never eaten Slavic food.. Anyhow! Just do it!

Not a relaxing experience at all. The lady working there refused to give us extra towels, even though it was a reasonable request. The attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Definitely not what you expect from a spa.

Very disappointing experience. The spa itself looked fine, but the staff attitude ruined it. We politely asked for extra towels and were refused without any real explanation. For a place that calls itself a spa, basic comfort and customer service should be a priority.

amazing food and amazing ambiance. Come for a steam and stay for the unbelievable chicken. This is a true staple in the city, whether you’re local or visiting town- you are in for a treat!

Bad service. Staff refused to provide extra towels and was rude about it. A spa should care about guest comfort — this one clearly doesn’t.
