Jonathan Nail Salon & Spa has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 601 reviews on Google
I went looking for the best nail salon in Spokane. Jonathan's came up over and over and I can see why. I came in for a full set and requested a design with some jewels but let them know I had a habit if picking at edges. Ravy did an amazing job! She not only found the perfect design. She made sure it was cured under extra gel so there were no edges. Since then I have been back every two weeks for fills for three months and have sat with Nathan and Jonathan himself, each time they are friendly and fun. Most of all they keep their supplies up to date to match the latest nail trends. I have heard them fit in rush fixes and everyone seems to be a repeat customer for a good reason. Good quality, attention to detail, good communication and humor. While the pricing may run a little higher than some salons, the quality difference MORE than makes up for it.
This was the best salon I have tried in the area! Even when she unexpectedly had to run the entire salon herself, Cindy's attention to detail was unparalleled. She seems to appreciate the art of nail design rather than moving customers through as fast as possible.
5 days ago, my friend and I went to get our nails done. We each got a gel mani. The employees were nice. While there were a little bit of imperfections on the nails between my friend and I, I still would have given 4 stars despite the gel mani being $50 (it's only $25 at my usual salon). The price is a bit steep, but I wasn't too mad because I understood that the world is a mess right now and salon prices have increased. However, for that price, I was not expecting to have my middle finger hurting so bad for just a gel mani. The side of my finger was red and hurt to touch. I thought it would go away, maybe they just cut a cuticle too much. Nope, now I have to find time to go to an urgent care cause I'm pretty sure an infection is starting. Never have I ever had a nail infection from a salon before. The nails are cute but not worth the $50 if I had none one of my fingers was going to hurt so bad from just lightly touching it. I work at a hospital, I have to use my hands a lot, wash them a lot, use hand sanitizer, etc. it's not gonna be fun using that finger now. Like I said, the employees are nice! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm really busy with college and work, and having to add a doctor's visit on my list of stuff to do is really frustrating.
Such kind and accommodating ladies! They were busy but kept us taken care of and entertained. They did a wonderful job, and keep a very clean and professional environment. Highly recommend.
Went in to get my nails done for my wedding and came out with the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had or seen! Everything about it was amazing and better than I could’ve ever expected! Would definitely go back again🤍
I hate my nails and I paid $100. And that’s partially my fault for not making a fuss while I was there. But I was a walk in a few days ago, 2 hours before closing, and I got a full set of acrylics. The guy who did them made them so thick and even crooked on some. It was such a disappointment because I haven’t gotten my nails done in years, and now I remember why I stopped getting them. I won’t be going back and I suggest people look elsewhere to get acrylics done. Idk if the guy had a long day or just didn’t care, but I’m very sad I now have to go spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else
Five days after getting a gel manicure, I had a nail start to chip and peel. I’m not sure what’s happened at this salon, but I’ve never had issues before with Jonathan’s. In fact, I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, and used to rave about them. One thing that I’ve noticed is that the people that really made this place awesome haven’t been working here for quite awhile. I haven’t seen Jonathan, who is awesome, nor the amazing couple that also worked here.
