I like that they scan your skin so they know how to proceed with your treatment. I've never had a skin analysis scan before. Lori and Olivia were amazing! They were both extremely professional and definitely know their stuff. They mix their own formulations according to your personal skincare needs. I felt like every step of my facial was personalized. Lori and Olivia made sure I was comfortable. I also felt like all my questions were answered thoroughly. My skin is still great a week later! This place is worth every penny!

I really needed a way to provide myself ‘self care’ postpartum. I came to Serenity on a promotional offer and became a VIP member after the first visit! I have been endlessly spoiled in luxurious products and kindness service and cannot recommend this spa enough! Go on, mar the choice to treat yourself! You won’t regret it 🫶🏻💕

I had the best most relaxing time ever. The steam at the beginning of the facial was very soothing, it was very gentle on my skin. We discussed my skin concerns before we got started. My aesthetician was amazing at telling me what she was going to do next and what the result of that would be, such as the Cryo treatment to help improve elasticity and close up pores, or the red light therapy to help treat blemishes. I will absolutely go back.

This was a fantastic experience and my esthetician was very professional and educational. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand my skin care needs. I will be returning soon, and often!

So, I was really apprehensive about trying their $49 promotion after reading reviews about high pressure sales tactics. The facial was right at an hour long as advertised. Not once… once did I get asked or even introduced to buy a product. They are between lines in skin care however, my experience was nothing but professional, friendly and relaxing. Angela was training Edith, she went step by step with processes, starting with relaxing warm stream, cleaners, hot towel, moisturizers, microderm cleaning, red light therapy and SPF. Edith did a nice arm and hand massage. Nothing was uncomfortable, pushy and wouldn’t make me feel like I couldn’t come back again. I did not stay for my skin analysis because I had something to do after. I have already recommended the service to a local friend and look forward to coming back when visiting the area next time.

An amazing experience with my family we come here every month. We do facials review and enjoy this very warm atmosphere good service.

Just got back from a facial 2 days ago and need to rant. I've been dealing with acne for my whole life - more severe as a teen, and recurring hormonal breakouts as an adult. My esthetician was Brittany kept commenting on my breakouts and speculating on what could have caused them I told her I've probably tried every single acne treatment on the market at this point in my life. She also wondered aloud whether working out too much was the reason for my dry skin/acne -- as if I'm going to stop working out or that would even be a good idea. By the end of the facial I was nearly in tears, and I think she finally caught on how upset I was. I'm so triggered right now, not coming back here ever again.
