Katie is Absolutely Fabulous! Super skilled, elegant, and perceptive. Her color foil work is impeccable, she has training and credentials. Harmonious and efficient, she keeps me informed of each step of my appointments.

Katie was so wonderful from the moment I walked in. She is not only super sweet but she was super precise with my haircut and got me exactly what I wanted. You can tell she gave her all from the beginning to the end of the appointment. I really appreciate her attention to details and making sure I was okay with each step we moved on with. I highly recommend her with your hair!! 🩷

Beautiful salon, everyone is so welcoming and nice. Laura has been doing my makeup and hair since 2024. She's amazing. Got my brows done as well. Really gets me feeling like a model after I'm done. Can't wait to get my makeup and hair done again.

Ricky was personable and fun. He provided excellent customer service and was able to achieve the exact shade I was looking for, which has been nearly impossible for me with other stylists in the past! I will definitely be back for future color appointments!

I have been going to Lux for my 3 girls hair cuts for a few years. I had an appt schedule with a hair intern for my kids as I usually do. I get a call from Beth, another stylist . She states that she is going to take my kids appts ( note, she did not ask, just made the assumption herself) . I asked about price matching what I signed up for and she said " I cannot do anything about that." So this stylist was going to take my appts for my kids and charge me more money for what she thought necessary. This stylist came off overly entitled, obviously does not know how the world works. I have never seen such a desperate money grab in my life, I hope she remembers that there’s several wonderful stylist out there and per their website, she is new. So obviously lots to learn . I would stay away from this stylists based on her over entitlement.

Bri took care of my daughter for her first haircut. Bri was knowledgeable about her curly hair and even taught me management techniques for home. My daughter couldn’t sleep the night before she was so nervous, but after her visit with Bri she wants to go back again tomorrow.. we will be back when it’s time for another cut. Her hair looks amazing and turned out exactly how she imagined it.

Franky was a delight! My original stylist wasn’t able to come in for my appointment and I had to wait for a little bit after my appointment time, but all the staff were so lovely. I really appreciate the staff's kindness and flexibility during my appointment, and I was in love with the partial balayage and hair cut that Franky gave me. I didn’t like my hair at all when I arrived, but by the time Franky was done, I was so happy!! I highly recommend anyone book with Franky. Thank you!
