Was working in the Fayetteville area for a couple of weeks. Climbing a ladder everyday. My back and legs were killing me. I was near this massage place and gave it a shot. So glad I did. This place was the perfect place for me to get some relief. I felt refreshed and was able to finish my job with a lot more comfort. I even visited once more before heading south. I certainly recommend to anyone needing a good massage
Went in tonight for hour massage ..I been her before and expected excellent service but paid for hour massage for only 30 minutes and she kept stopping to answer doorbell..massage was not a good massage and I am disappointed and paid $70 was suppose to be an hour but only 30 minutes and massage technique was not good at all..highly disappointed and I been here a few time before
Very good massage. I came in shortly after they opened and was informed id have to come back in 90 minutes. I suppose it's not surprising they didn't have multiple people on first thing mid week. I came back and someone was waiting for me. There were clean linens, and the room was warm enough that I was never cold despite eventually being naked and oily. My masseuse checked in often until she was sure I was ok with the pressure (told her to go hard and she definitely did). Back walking, deep tissue, hot rocks, foot massage. She chased down a lot of chronic problem spots by feel alone, which is always a sign that someone knows what their doing. I had a 90 minute massage and left feeling nice and loose. I had read the reviews ahead of time and decided to avoid the 20% tip demand others have mentioned when I paid by handing her $30 in cash, a 27% tip. I couldn't help but laugh (internally) when she still asked if I would add $10 on the credit card. I declined and she didn't push it. I guess you don't get what you don't ask for? I honestly think it must be a cultural thing, but I can see how it can come off as pushy or off-putting. Anyway, really great massage. I'd definitely return.
This is the second time I have been here. The massage was awesome. But when it was time to pay, the masseuse got upset because of the amount of the tip I was given. She justified her response by saying she gave me a deep tissue massage. Tip is optional not mandatory!
My husband and I decided to try this place. #1 Long story short the 2 women talked in their language, and giggled the whole time. It made me feel as though they were making fun of us. With that being said it was hard to relax. #2 I felt worse coming out than I did before I went. Totally broke my back. I kept saying "gentle or lighter" and never did that at all. Then the lady took her elbow and dug it into my spine with with all her might. #3 as my husband and I were about to walk out the door we were stopped and told to tip 20%. I felt as though we were hostages. They made us pay upfront before the service started but then she wanted me to write $20 tip on the receipt before leaving. Well I did just that.. but I got a remedy for that mandated tip because I don’t keep money on that card. And how dare they try to reauthorize my card a second time. I’m paying for the service and thats it. Tipping is OPTIONAL not mandatory. Especially if I was unsatisfied. Total madness.
Service is not up to standard as it’s always the one person that’s available while the rest of us have to wait. The masseuse is greedy and always demanding for higher tips and when you tip out of respect, she makes customer feel bad for tipping her $10-15.
Went here to get a massage. The massage itself was bare minimum, however when it was time to pay, I was told it was a MANDATORY 20% tip. And when I handed her the money she literally told me I was $3 short for the tip. Why not just change your price to include the tip case I tip based off of service.
