Love this place. Honestly you cannot go wrong with any of the massage therapists . They are all great. I have a membership and they even allow me to transfer to my minor son who plays sports. I really appreciate that service.

I love this place!! They are wonderful. Been seeing Nino for massages— absolutely amazing— and Vanessa for facials— literally skin and life changing- and they are the best! Seriously the best!! The staff is warm and inviting and I am and will continue to be a long term client!!!

I have been going to Hand and Stone, Rancho Cucamunga for about a year on their monthly plan. I have tried several services, but for well over 8 months, I go to Esthetician, Jasmine and ONLY Jasmine. I have had several facials over the years in different states and different at companies, but Jasmine is by far one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of being a client too. She is professional, clean and very good at what she does. I go there for her. 10 out of 10.

I've been coming to this establishment since it was Massage Green. I don't want to let out my secret that Nino is amazing, because then he will be harder to book! No, seriously, he's super talented and Hand and Stone is very lucky to have him! He's had my loyalty for 11 years, following him from Upland to Rancho, and I will follow him anywhere! I don't trust anyone else to massage me. Allison at the front desk is always helpful and pleasant to chat with in the few short minutes before being called in or coming out of a massage.

DO NOT COME HERE or BUY A GIFT CARD My partner purchased a gift card during one of Hand and Stone’s promotions (buy one massage, get one free) for $119. The purchase was meant to give me two massages. When I booked my appointment online, I entered the gift card information in advance. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t use one of the gift cards because it had expired after a year. They should have informed me before I arrived. Apparently, the "promotional" card expired, but the other one was still valid. I accepted that and used the remaining card. After my service, I was told the total was $79. My partner confirmed he paid $119 for the card, so there should have been a $40 balance remaining. When I called to ask about it, the staff insisted they wouldn't honor the remaining value. I was told a manager would call me back—no one ever did. I followed up three days later and finally spoke to a manager, who claimed the gift cards are not purchased for a dollar amount but tied to a specific service. That logic makes no sense—if you charge $119 and the service costs $79, the remaining value should still be available. That’s standard practice at any spa or with any gift card purchase. To make matters worse, my partner mentioned that when he bought the gift card, the manager was loudly berating a staff member at the front desk. Completely unprofessional. I will not return to this location—or any other Hand and Stone. I also attempted to contact corporate, but there's no way to reach a real person. The entire experience was disorganized and disappointing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I had such a good experience here, but I ended up getting the membership . It makes so much sense to get the membership at the discounted rate and I’m able to force myself to treat myself monthly to a massage. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to this spa for 9 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and the therapists really listen to you to understand your needs. Nino is an awesome massage therapist. If you have a membership, you get a better price and I highly suggest getting one.
