Sweet Water Spa

My husband got me a surprise spa day at Sweet Water Spa and it was absolutely wonderful! The package included time in their infrared sauna, a mud wrap, pedicure, facial and a massage. Safe to safe I left there feeling amazing and so relaxed. I had never had a facial before and Patty did the best job making me feel comfortable and educated me on my face and what could help with my dryness. If I lived in Savannah GA I would be making an appointment with her regularly it was THAT good!! The entire staff was courteous and attentive to needs and each service was perfect. They even gave me hot rose tea with honey at the end of my time there as I relaxed in a dimly lit room. I absolutely recommend them to anyone traveling to Savannah!

I walked in and booked a 60 min massage. I was told it would be $125. i arrived at my appointment time and the massage was wonderful. The issue at hand is when i went to check out, I was given a different total of $140. Confused, I asked why because the young lady who booked my appointment told me a different price. I was told i booked custom massage and that is the price for a custom. I have no idea of a custom as i book a 60 min. never been there to even know what custom consisted of. All i was told is she would talk to her. That does nothing for me. Im thankful I had it to pay but I would have rather paid what I was quoted.

Great experience— took my sister for a massage before her wedding & it was a phenomenal experience. It was both of our first times, we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Sedrick was understanding & took his time to communicate to figure out my needs and preferences, wish we didn’t live far away!! We would definitely be coming back!

Stopped in today for the detox pedicure. We had a great experience and it was a very calming atmosphere.

Heather and LaToya were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, our couples massage was relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. They were attentive to our preferences, made us feel completely at ease, and created such a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, renewed, and already looking forward to booking with them again!

I set up a couples massage for my wife and I. If was an amazing experience from start to finish. The check in was seamless and pleasant. The massage therapists (Heather and the guy,sorry didn’t get his name ). By far the best massage I ever had. We will definitely return, monthly. Great couples experience. Highly recommended.

I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. I give two stars because my husband got good service from the massage therapist he was booked with. I recently came here to visit from out of town. I got a couples massage and what was so disappointing was that I really needed this and it was a special birthday weekend for me. I called and asked for something like a Swedish massage and I was booked the Relaxation massage that is suppose to be similar to this. What I actually received was a guy using the palms of the hands to apply pressure and just mashed my back along with just rubbing the rest of my body that didn’t seem to be much of a licensed professional. It was very disappointing to pay almost $400 for this type of service. My husband actually had a great massage with the deep tissue. I won’t be speak terrible about her service. However, I will say if you book here and you are out of town, be cautious of the type of massage you book and speak up if it doesn’t feel right. I made that mistake this past weekend and I feel worse than before I got here. I really hate that I spent this type of money for the overpriced service I received and I could have just booked with my usual place and felt so much better and spent less. I will never be back to this place.
