Massage Envy

Just experienced my first full body massage by Seth and he was absolutely amazing very informative and gentle and I feel brand new ! Ava the receptionist was also very sweet and kind and very knowledgeable and helpful. Best self care ever, definitely will be returning.

That was by far the worst massage I’ve had in my entire life. I usually get firm pressure, but it felt like she was barely touching me at all. I even asked to be booked with someone that is pretty booked up, so I could be sure to get quality work. I’m so sad, I’m a very loyal member of 4 years. I’ve scheduled with someone else at this location tomorrow for one last chance. I pray it’s better. 🙁

First, Justin is awesome, hands down... However Ive been a member for quite sometime.. had an appointment today 130pm, but woke up with a fever and hacking my lungs out. Still had enough decency to let them know early this morning (730am) that I'd have to cancel. I was met with well you're still gonna be charged 50% or we will take one of your credits per same day policy cancellation.. Maybe I should have just showed up sick, but yeah sure charge me, it will be the last time.. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went in for a massage today and Bader did an amazing job. He was super attentive the entire time and delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location and tried fixing it within 2 minutes but they wouldn’t let it slide and made me still pay for the appointment. Customer service is dead. Cancelling my membership after it ends. Update: emailed twice and no one responded. Also canceling because of the price. Currently paying $80/month for a service that is now listed at $70? If your prices go down don’t make people pay more than needed. Very scamy.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy in Surprise for over nine years and this is the second time this has happened. I had a massage scheduled. I confirmed it after I left my last massage and I show up and they don’t have me on the books I had plans and I canceled to get the massage done for an hour and a half. Very frustrating!!!!!!

I called to get the balance on a gift card I was given for Christmas and they told me because I'm not a member I would need to GO IN PERSON to get the balance! I then proceeded to call the Peoria location and she gave me the balance in 1 minute flat! Hmmmmmm.....lazy much!?!
