The key pad didn’t work upon arrival. Fire pit in communal area didn’t work, had a trench covered in turf, that was a trip hazard. Blow dryer wouldn’t work keep kicking off. Toilet ran had to jiggle the handle. It’s a great property, has lots of great potential. Pool area was perfect for our littles visiting. Would I stay there again yes

1 Star !!!! I recently stayed at Sea Steps Apartments by LOWKL.Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, first red flag was that door was not locking, so the property was not clean , the room smelled cigarettes, windows frame was covered in dust, the bathroom floors, was somehow a little wet( which means,house keeper left not so long ago.. In addition, the front door did not lock properly, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. I contacted the host about these issues and they sent a third person to check the place,and have the audacity to say it didnt smell,and that was clean… Even tho I sent pictures to the manager of the place, and he answered me saying that the pics was small, and that I should understand that the place should show signs of "wear" since they have hundres of clients… Well… since we know that NOBODY should get an airbnb, and find it dirty . and findiven the condition of the property and the safety concern, I believe this stay did not meet Airbnb’s cleanliness and safety standards. So DO YOURSELF a favor, and book somewhere else, this place is not what you want for a vacation! Dirty… smelly.. dusty, microwave and mirror, looks like they were never was introduced to a least a Windex… Im attaching pics so you can see by yourself. And above all, received a text saying that the fee would not be refunded. Nothing could be done about it! I hope my review helps people to avoid all this headache.

The photos online are a complete lie. The room reeked of cigarettes, had a cheap bed frame with a rock-hard mattress, a ripped-up kitchen counter, nasty tin foil stuffed under the stove burners, and a tiny, disgusting bathroom. The table even had a huge iron burn mark like someone dropped an iron and called it "furniture." We tried to cancel immediately because the room was clearly misrepresented, but were told it was "final" and no refund would be given. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Roaches. I left some simple food items on the counter for just five minutes and came back to find roaches everywhere—in broad daylight. The mattresses are also a bit worn. It might have been good value if not for the roaches though, but that ruined the stay for me. Thankfully, it was only for one night. I will not book here again.

Terribly thin mattresses. Location is great, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Have to make multiple requests to get service. Even tho there's a person in in the office you must send a text to get serviced.

I woke up with red bumps all over me.. never happened in my life I think the room I was in had bed bugs. Room 11 and the bed is very worn you definitely feel some springs in the mattress. I would like to get a refund on my night but I have no time to deal with this company.. everything is over the phone no one is in the office. Very sad because the place is genuinely nice but yeah I don’t know.

This was a little will tough geT started for me, but i'm glad I went. The rooms are clean and the staff was there everyday, know because I kept bugging them for something helping me out. Lol They were very helpful. The only complaint that I would have. Is that the bed in our room was probably old. We could feel the Springs coming through the mattress. But the staff took care of that immediately they brought us a mattress, topper 3 or 4 inches and it was perfect. No complaints there. It was an enjoyable trip.I don't know what the complaints are about.We didn't have bed bugs.The pool was cleaned, staff WAS there everyday and very helpful I Would definitely recommend it.It's a nice old florida get away...
