We recently purchased a hot tub from HotSpring Spas of Eugene and the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Maya, our sales representative, took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and answered every question and concern with patience and clarity. We never felt pressured — only well informed. Delivery and setup were handled expertly by Grant, the service technician, who provided a thorough walk-through and clear instruction on operation and care. He made sure we understood everything and felt confident using our new spa. The showroom is impressive, and every member of the team we interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. We researched and visited most of the spa providers in Eugene before making our decision, and we’re very glad we chose HotSpring Spas of Eugene. This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend Hot Springs Spas of Eugene. We are first-time spa owners and the team was very helpful as we considered our options and ultimately selected our spa. Most importantly, they have always been able to assist with our novice questions. Adam has been especially wonderful, giving me a super detailed verbal overview on to how to drain/refill, and balance and maintain our levels in the salt water system. I really appreciate the support from Adam (and how kind he is when fielding my total novice questions).

Maya was our salesperson and guide. She was fabulous. It was all very no-nonsense. She has a keen eye toward knowing what you might need and want in a hot tub. Everyone at the store was quite personable and eager to help. This is the place to go if you want a hot tub.

We have an older model that needed some service recently. Hot Springs Spas did a great job and fit us into the schedule quickly. Both times Steve came out and he was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. Highly recommended.

I purchased my first hot tub and set it up myself after delivery. I have to say maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and the proper chemicals is not as easy as I thought. I called on Hot Spring Spas of Eugene and for a very reasonable cost, the company sends out an experienced spa valet to keep my spa system working at its peak. We bought an Endless Pool from Hot Springs Spa. Scott and Lisa were fantastic throughout the purchasing and installation process. Their team of techs have been fantastic to work with also. After about 5 months we had an issue with our Covana automatic cover and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and we’re back an hour later with the needed part and did the repair to the automatic cover. Couldn’t have been easier (for us), poor Scott and his tech Steve were working in the pouring rain to get the repair finished up. Everything was covered under warranty.
