I recently purchased a Monterey 4.0 spa from Kreg at West Coast Spas and couldn’t be happier! Kreg was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through several customizable spa options, all locally manufactured in Oregon. It felt great supporting a family-friendly local business. Kreg confidently told me, "You’re going to love it," and he was absolutely right. He even arranged a site visit to make sure the spa would fit perfectly in my backyard before moving forward. From deposit to delivery, the entire process took about four weeks, which gave me plenty of time to prep my space and get everything wired and ready. The delivery crew was outstanding—professional, arrived early, and worked seamlessly as a team to place the spa perfectly in my backyard. The Monterey 4.0 is an amazing spa, with three pumps and 75 jets that deliver incredible power and a truly customizable hydrotherapy experience, especially from the volcano dome! As a spa owner himself, Kreg has shared tons of helpful pro tips on dialing in the spa and jets. After installation, he followed up to make sure I was completely happy, just as he promised. I highly recommend West Coast Spas if you’re looking for honest, professional, affordable quality, and excellent service.

I had a great experience with West Coast Spas! The first person I met there was Kreg. Kreg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was interested in getting to know me and was genuinely interested in what i was looking for without any high pressure sales. I had been looking for a spa for awhile, but the price of most tubs kept me from buying, until I found WCS. Kreg showed me a tub that was exactly the right size and was almost half the price of their competitors. He gave me the option of buying the one they had there in the store or having one built for me. I wasn't in a hurry so I had them build one...AND its built in Oregon, which I loved! It didn't take super long to have ir made and they were great about working with my schedule to have it delivered. The delivery went great and the guys delivering it couldn't have been nicer and did a fantastic job getting it right where I wanted it. Once it was full of water it only took about 5 hours to get it up to temperature! Kreg called me that evening to make sure everything went well with delivery, then called again the next day to make sure everything was running right. I've only had the tub a couple of days now, but I have no complaints whatsoever! The price and quality is on point AND they are completely local!

We bought a Trillium 2.0 over 18 months ago. So almost 2 winters an a summer ago. Why did we buy from a local manufacturer? More extras an frilles for the buck and an overall better product. We looked at all the competition within 60 miles. What has gone wrong since we bought it? Nothing. If you are looking for a quality product at a more than reasonable cost West Coast Spas. I'll do an update in anither year or two. Take care.

We purchased a spa here after an extensive search. We compared many different brands and found for the price and features west coast spas was the best choice. We have had our spa for about 6 months now and we love it. The spa is great. They also have a great team for any questions you have. They are also made right here in Oregon.

Kreg welcomed us right Into the family At the storefront in Eugene, and was quick to recognize A motivated buyer in my wife. He knew it was just a matter of finding the right hot tub for us, And he did his part to show us all the options. Cody Came in for the pre-delivery assessment Friendly as a lab, And took right away to our miniature long-haired dachshund, Who looks exactly like his miniature long-haired dachshund. Sean Was by his side for technical assistance. After a FaceTime To assess how they were going to pull off the SUPER-CHALLENGING task, they all (Minus Kreg) showed up A few days later with crew chief, Michael, Along with junior And Alex. A+++ for Everyone, from start to finish. I SWEAR, THE PRICE OF THE HOT TUB WAS WORTH IT JUST TO SEE THEM PULL OFF THE CHALLENGE OF REMOVING OUR OLD HOT TUB AND PUTTING IN THE NEW ONE. The Experience was DELICIOUS!!! (Kreg Taught me the use of that word😉….along With the value of warm customer service.) ❤️

I'd have written this review sooner if I spent less time in our new Trillium 2.0. West Coast Spas gets five stars on two counts: its product and its customer engagement. For the latter, applause to Kreg for not selling the hot tub as much as stepping us through the decision process in a positive way that makes him a friend. Still. My Lady and I shopped for hot tubs and looked at Marquis and Artesian -- who've left Oregon -- to compare with West Coast Spas, and for us West Coast is the obvious, best choice. It exceeds expectations for durability, so many adjustable JETS, the fit for our physiques, the fit for our space, the installation/crew, two 4-hp pumps, the high standards for wiring, choice of color/design, and relaxation. More like West Coast Spaaaaaaahs!

We absolutely love our Monterey 4.0 Spa - tons of jets, lounge seat, waterfall, and center volcano foot massage are awesome! We chose West Coast Spas because they are a local (Oregon), family owned manufacturer, with a high quality build, components, and finish. Kreg and Cody were great to work - no pressure sales, knowledgeable, and friendly with excellent after sales follow-up. Delivery and installation was easy, tech was a total pro! As a first time spa owner, the provided "spa starter kit" with excellent instructions made getting up and running a breeze! Best ever experience!
