Maroc Hamam Spa

I visited Marco Hamam Spa with my friend Bella for her bridal spa day, and we had such a lovely experience. I booked her the bridal package, and I did the Hama session and a massage - both were incredibly relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the staff made the whole experience feel really special. It was the perfect way to slow down. Definitely recommend for a relaxing self-care day or special occasion

I’ve visited this spa salon multiple times and have always had a great experience, which is why I was especially disappointed with my most recent visit. I specifically scheduled this massage as part of a self-care day and was really looking forward to ending the day on a positive note. My expectations were based on the consistently great experiences I’ve had here before. Unfortunately, they were not met this time. My session ended about 10 minutes early, and some areas that are usually included (front of the arms, neck, and head) were skipped. The therapist didn’t seem fully present. After the massage, I had already been waiting in the lobby when another guest exited her session and was immediately served tea and baklava without being asked. Despite having been seated there first, I was asked if I would like tea, which felt a bit odd. At checkout, I was immediately asked about leaving a tip rather than how my experience was. By the end, instead of feeling relaxed and cared for, I simply wanted to leave. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the client experience.

I wanted to have a relaxing, unique spa experience for me and my loved ones for my 50th birthday celebration and this place nailed it! I will most certainly be back soon! Thank you all for an atmosphere that allowed my group to enjoy our MHS Signature Hamam services and each other’s presence.

This was my first time ever getting a Hamam bathing experience, and I chose the MHS Signature Hamam. It was absolutely amazing. I scheduled my appointment the night before, but they needed to move it up. They text me first and then called to confirm, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was welcoming. She explained everything clearly, including how to get dressed beforehand and how the locker worked. The lounge, the décor, the music, the overall ambiance… just so peaceful. I’ll be honest I wasn’t prepared for the noise the steam makes in the sauna room (lol), but once I got used to it, it was incredibly relaxing. I was also given a bottle of water prior to entering the sauna. Preeti (hope I'm spelling her name correctly) did an amazing job and was so accommodating. She checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, asked about the water temperature, and made sure I didn’t slip when turning over. I also loved the tea and the baklava afterward. I was in absolutely no rush to get back to the outside world. Thank you so much for such a wonderful first experience. I realized I need to treat myself more, and I genuinely look forward to coming back.

I recently visited this place using a Groupon voucher, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. It was clear that clients with Groupon deals are treated differently. While other customers were offered complimentary drinks, I wasn’t given anything. They also refused to schedule my appointment on a weekend, even though they seemed to accommodate others. On top of that, the therapist was rude and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. The service felt rushed, and overall I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place—especially if you’re planning to use a Groupon voucher.

Jhansi was amazing. My skin feels renewed and soft. My sister and I come here every time we are in town because we love this place so much!
