SweatHouz Frisco Contrast Therapy Studio

I’ve been going to Sweathouz Frisco for several months now, and it has become my favorite location—not just because it’s close to home, but because the staff here is truly exceptional. I’ve visited other Sweathouz locations, but the Frisco team consistently stands out. They always greet me by name when I walk in, and they go above and beyond every single visit. My suite is always prepared with all my preferences, including an extra towel without me even needing to ask. The level of consistency and attention to detail is amazing. Scheduling is also extremely easy. I usually book through text message, but the app works great too. The staff is very accommodating, and they’ve squeezed me into fully booked days more than once—including this past Saturday, when I called last minute with no appointment and they still made it happen. I really appreciated that. The sauna and cold plunge suites are always spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go. Every experience has been smooth and relaxing. Huge appreciation to the entire Frisco team — I don’t want to single out names because everyone there has been fantastic. Highly recommend this location!

DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DESPERATE FOR SALES. I gave this company multiple chances and each visit got worse. When I raised these concerns, I was told there was no way to make it right and that there is allegedly no way to contact corporate. Mishima (the regional manager) was condescending and spoke over me while I was explaining the issues. The sales pressure is nonstop. You’re aggressively upsold when you walk in and they immediately shove a Google review QR code as soon as you walk out of the sauna. After making the mistake of buying a package, the harassment escalated. I’ve asked to be on the do not call list three times and still receive calls, including one on Christmas while I was in church. If you enjoy being treated like dirt, sitting in filth, and leaving sweaty with no hot water to clean yourself off, this is the place for you. Otherwise, run & don’t waste your money here.

I can’t say enough great things about SweatHouz Frisco. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The private rooms with individual cold plunges make the experience feel elevated and personal, and everything is thoughtfully set up for a seamless session. If you’re looking for the perfect way to reset, recover, or treat yourself to a self-care day, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience with fair pricing. Each private room has its own cold plunge which is a benefit of this location being the newer version. The overhead lighting didn't work in the sauna but that's a minor thing.

Let me tell you after a hard workout, long week or just need some time away this is the place! Im in construction so some weeks are really rough and after coming here my body didn't hurt. Will definitely return! Although after me, my fiance and our kid visited they have constantly blown up all of our phones and email. The annoyance has made us decide that we wont return. If you want to get hasled every day then this is the place for you

Not only do I believe in this type of therapy but I’ve also met the owners, and I was so impressed with it all. It’s rare to meet ownership that truly care about their customers. If you’re looking to heal your body or just live a healthy lifestyle…this is your place!!! Highly recommend.

Everything about this place is amazing. You get 60 minutes in a private suite where you can spend the time in the sauna or cold plunge or both. I feel incredible since adding this to my weekly routine.
