Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa

I spent my 30th birthday at Hiatus and I know I can always count on them to bring me the most relaxing and unforgettable experience. Andrea G. relaxed my body and my mind, Micayla B. brought my skin back to life leaving it plumped and glowing, and Amy B. rocked my world with that manicure experience! From tailored sessions that fit your exact needs, to a staff that genuinely puts their guests first. Hiatus is a place you can go to escape the mundane and feel like a brand new person! If you need an experience unlike any other, go to Hiatus. They will not let you down!

I’ve been a member at Hiatus for few years now and enjoy their spa services. Hannah does my facials and takes care of my skincare needs. She is kind, patient and gentle. I always feel amazing after my sessions with her. Lynda is my massage therapist and I am so happy with her services. She makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is always open to any suggestions and listens to my specific concerns regarding any aches or pains and addresses them during my massage sessions. She is amazing at what she does and it surely makes me feel super relaxed after my massage appointment with her.

Jayden is WONDERFUL! I’ve had my lips done multiple times throughout the years and she by far has the softest touch. I will not say that lips are pain-free but this was hands-down the best experience I’ve had. Very gentle, subtle pinch/poke sensations and minimal bruising. I am ALWAYS impressed with her recommendations and her results. I’ve gone to her for several treatments and she is hands-down the best injector I have used!! Thank you!

I would give a 0 if I could. I do want to say this review is more about the massage therapist than the actual facility. I went to get a Swedish massage on January 19 and my back hasn’t been right since. Jake was my massage therapist. I will admit I was too friendly which led this therapist to believe he could do work outside of the scope of message therapy on me. He alerted me that my body very tense and muscles in my back were tight so he attempted to do an adjustment on my back noting that he was in chiropractic school. It’s now a month later and I’ve had to have two visits to the doctor to try and rectify his malpractice. My prayer is that this never happens to anyone else. Massages are suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable not lead to doctor bills and pain.

The best Hiatus in the DFW area. I’ve visited all but the Fort Worth location, and the Frisco facility and staff truly stand out. Unlike other locations, you’re always provided a service card and offered a complimentary session starter here. The team also ensures your full service time is honored. Be sure to see Lynda for the best massage and Hannah for a wonderful facial. I’m happy to be a member!

I got a Hydrafacial with Jaliyah which was my first and I loved the after results of my skin! I told her to go in especially on my extractions and she did that! It was still so relaxing with that neck and facial massage then she really made me feel good about my skin and gave me recommendations for how to take better care of it because I’m prone to breakouts. The front desk were kind and check in/out was seamless which I also appreciated!

The spa itself is relaxing and a great atmosphere and the massage felt great. But they only did a little over 30 minutes for a 45 minute massage. I also paid to add on the "energizing scalp massage" which was not as described. Just a 3 minute hair rub basically. They also said the massage started with a hot towel on shoulders with oils and I didn’t get that either. Just seemed like the therapist was in a rush. I would have given 5 stars if I got the entire experience and it wasn’t rushed.
