Highly recommend during Pregnancy, this prenatal massage was a total full reset for me. I had been dealing with so much sciatica pain, back pain stress in my neck and shoulders. It’s been rough. Heads up there’s no direct parking right in front but they are near a parking garage and then you walk to the building a few minutes. Entering the building was so cozy and welcoming. For the massage I did have to go up stairs not sure if they have elevators for anyone who may not be able to do stairs. They do offer the setup with belly opening so you can lay on your tummy but for me it wasn’t comfortable (I may just be too far along in my pregnancy). I definitely look forward to returning. They also offer military discount.

Had a facial with microdermabrasion and collagen mask 🎭. It was my second one and Josephine is spectacular. She has 30 years with Sugar House and is a jewel. My twin and I will continue our every 5 week visit to keep us looking even more youthful!

I had a prenatal massage and it was LOVEEEELY.🩷🩷🩷 I had no clue I was so tight and Martha did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. She even did extra working on muscles that were especially tight due to my belly. The only con that I’m not sure anything could be done about was what I perceived to be a loud customer. Additional soundproofing is tough to do. It didn’t bother me too much but might some customers. All that said. I will be back !!!🩷🩷🩷

My experience at Sugar House Day Spa was wonderful, and truly reflective of what one would expect from a spa! Monica is a skilled artisan! She not only gives a great massage, she truly listens to what you share about trouble spots. She intuitively responds to your body's signals (tight spots, tender spots, areas needing more attention) and helps your body recover and heal. Her massages are too notch! Yenny is amazing! She gets to know your preferences, asking in advance, and adjusts accordingly. She is kind and fun, thorough and very skilled at her craft! My nails always look perfect! I've lived in many states and Yenny's services are beyond compare! Angel's facials are thorough and always leave my skin feeling cared for and vibrant! Her treatment session is relaxing and rejuvenating. You will not be disappointed!

I had a full body massage and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was relaxing, the therapist was professional and attentive, and I felt completely renewed afterward. It really helped relieve tension and made me feel lighter and more energized. I would definitely come back again!

I have finally found a salon I can get a relaxing facial at. For me, it is important to be in a private room, that is dimly lit, with soft music playing, with a long enough bed for me, that I can get under the covers with, and this place has it all. I see Touria and she is very gentle and caring. The place is a little pricey, but I think it is worth it. Just remember to bring your debit card to avoid paying fees on your credit card when you pay.

I had the absolute best experience at Sugar House Day Spa & Salon for a prenatal massage, and I’m still floating! From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and supported every step of the way. As a mom-to-be, it can be hard to truly relax, but this massage melted away all the tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The pressure was perfect, the room was peaceful, and I left feeling rejuvenated, lighter, and completely pampered. If you’re expecting and in need of some serious self-care, do not hesitate to book at Sugar House. It was hands down one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, pregnant or not.
