I had an excellent facial experience. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and my skin’s needs. Customer service was great—professional, attentive, and welcoming. I had the Premium Gold Facial and it was amazing. It helped detox my skin and left it feeling refreshed, clear, and glowing. Highly recommend!

I AM glowing! Blissful experience! Not your average mall facial – this was pure heaven. I actually fell asleep TWICE during treatment – ultimate relaxation found! 5 stars isn’t enough! Their face pruducts are amazingly great! Masks 10+ Their Gold mask is so good! Clear brighting Day serum is my #1!!!! Just bought their Ageless serum, finally.! They are always out of the serum. Juvederm is GREAT! Ultherapy is a tough one for me...I went thru it, but I flintched thru it , At the end I did see some results. Staff are exceptionally kind and respectful – thank you so much! Language barriers didn’t hinder my great experience; questions were clearly answered. perfection! Thank you again I was lost in skincare until I found this WONDERFUL lady! I'd blindly buy Walmart/Amazon products based on reviews – until dryness, sagging, dark areas appeared. She transformed my skin with kindness, professionalism, and patience. I invested $3k in her 1st procedure (nervous doesn't cover it!) but her products and recommended supplements WORKED. No pressure, just honest advice – I'm forever grateful! Wish I'd found her years ago!

Chay the nurse was so great. She was explaining to me the effects of all the treatment that had being done. Kayla the manager gave me alot of freebies. She’s very accommodating and she will tell you the best treatment you need to make your face perfect. Basically all the peoplle including the front desk are all nice and respectful.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and the girls are awesome. The front desk is helpful and kind, the nurse is gentle and attentive, the overall ambiance is professional and clean. The nurse has a great understanding of facial features and will listen as well as offer suggestions if asked. I always feel so gorgeous coming out of here . Give them a try!

Have you ever seen a water needle injection done like this? I've seen poor techniques before, but this is the first time I've encountered such a bad one. Not only did it leak fluid, but there were also several bruises after the manual injection. I was surprised to find that this was the first time I'd encountered such a bad situation. The store owner initially used the machine for the injection, and the Mandarin-speaking front desk staff said that if it was done by hand, it would cause a large swelling and the recovery period would be very slow. Later, under my strong insistence, part of it was done by machine and part by hand. It turned out that the injectionist lacked qualifications and experience. I also want to further discuss my experience. You can contact me directly as well. Whether the solution is thick or thin, juveLook has been used by many people. But I'm the first one who has received such a serious reaction. So it seems that your injection skills are not good enough. I have filed a complaint through the BBB website!

The spa is located on the ground floor of The Source shopping center. Kayla and the ladies at 17 med spa are so nice and really know how to recommend what you need for your face. I did the Fotona and a hydration treatment and I saw the results fairly quickly. I also had the Soft wave treatment which was shocking painful even though I had numbing cream. I will say though that it’s been 3 weeks since then and I see good results. The spa is nicely decorated and all the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Best MedSpa I have ever been too. If you allow them, they genuinely and truthfully work out a great plan that works, and take photos to analyze your skin. They’re extremely knowledgeable in their services. Came in for a few things and my skin has never looked this GOOD. Based on their knowledge and state of your skin, they’ll possibly recommend something to cater to the state of your skin and its future health, or they’ll even help you get that beautiful temporary glow. It all depends on what you come in for but regardless, Their goal is to HELP you, not sell you! I adore the staff, they’re all the absolute sweetest and a pleasure to speak to.
