I love getting a lymphatic massage here! I leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. My skin is super sensitive but the ladies here always take note of it and treat me so good!

Scam!!!! They were selling and charging people for trizepatide which is part of their weight loss program but dispensing different cheaper medication to their clients. Trizepatide is supposed to be stronger with less side effects. As you can see the photos, they had opened all their bottles and had put a different medication inside. I called them out on it before and they had another bottle which they started injecting the other medications inside that's why it appears to have bubbles. I am a nurse and I know how these work! Do not go here!!! Total scam!!! Unsanitary!!!! Need to call some health services on them! Update!!!! See yelp review. I couldn’t upload the video that have of the owner having me come in pretending to give me a refund but only to try to threaten me. The video she did not deny any of their wrong doings of injecting different medications in another bottle.

My sister and I came in for Korean skincare, a lymphatic massage, and Botox. Overall, the experience was great! Everyone was warm and welcoming, and during our consultation with Jennifer, she was honest, informative, and super helpful. The only downside was my experience with the esthetician. She started off very friendly, but quickly became pushy about selling me products. She also made it seem like she was offering complimentary extras, but I later found out they were already part of the package—my sister got the exact same treatment, so that’s how I realized. She also told me she'd do a skin-brightening treatment for free because of my pigmentation and claimed to see a lot of bacteria in my skin. But that service was never provided. I wasn’t upset about not receiving it, but I was frustrated by the false promise—it felt like she was trying to seem generous without actually following through. At the end of the session, she said she gave me extra time, but the service lasted exactly 90 minutes, which is what I paid for. I also didn’t realize tips were given directly to the esthetician, and while I was planning to tip her on the way out, she kept asking if we were ready to pay while we were still waiting for another service. I left but quickly realized that there were no tip section for the checkout and came back to tip her. And the receptionist said the esthetician wanted to speak with me/ call me— probably about not leaving a tip. Tip is a tip. I’m glad I remembered and went back, but she shouldn’t have followed me everywhere and made me uncomfortable. The whole interaction with her felt awkward.

Jisu the ombre brow girl is so rude and refused to work nights or weekends only 4 days a week on weekdays and was not flexible to take me and even. Look at my brows because some one did them over 2 years ago. How is that possible??? Bad customer service and never going to recommend people here!!! Rude

Do NOT trust this medspa — dangerous lack of transparency, poor communication, and zero accountability. When I first started my tirzepatide journey with this medspa, I felt confident. I was working with someone named Jennifer who walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel supported. That changed dramatically — and dangerously — as soon as she was abruptly let go, with no notice or explanation. Since then, I’ve had three different points of contact, none of whom seemed to understand my treatment history or have any real grasp of continuity. The third person I was handed off to felt completely disconnected and unprepared to answer even basic questions. Still, I stayed optimistic and ordered another round of medication. That’s where it went from unprofessional to alarming. I received a vial that looked completely different from my previous one — no safety cap, different label, and packaged with iodine wipes instead of alcohol swabs. When I asked about this, I was told the medication had to be mixed in-house and that’s why the cap was missing. So… how exactly am I supposed to trust it wasn’t tampered with? Against my better judgment, I took the shot — and experienced the exact opposite of what this medication is supposed to do. I was ravenously hungry, had intense stomach cramps and bloating, and genuinely felt unsafe continuing. It felt like I was injected with something completely different. And I still have no clear answer as to what I was actually given. When I asked for clarification, they shifted blame to the compounding pharmacy and deflected every concern I raised. The pharmacy may very well have sent it sealed — but once it’s opened and mixed by the spa, I have no idea what was done to it. The lack of documentation, labeling inconsistency, and total disregard for patient safety is inexcusable. I asked for a refund. They refused. So not only am I out hundreds of dollars, I’m left feeling violated and anxious about what I put into my body. This medspa and Cecilia is no longer trustworthy, transparent, or professional. What started as a promising wellness journey turned into a chaotic, unsafe, and deeply frustrating experience. If you’re considering working with this place: don’t. I started weight loss shots with them on December 2024, it’s January 18th and so far 16 lbs down!! Dr. Jen responded to each of my questions before I decided to start my journey. She was very patient and helpful, including when I go for each weight in and shot giving me assurance that they have successful stories even her own proof. Staff is really helpful and kind as well. I love going to this place and I am so motivated to keep up thanks to their advice ✨❤️

I purchased the 90-minute facial with lymphatic massage package, and every session has been nothing short of amazing. Eunice is not only skilled and knowledgeable, but she is also so kind and attentive. I always leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next visit. The spa itself is conveniently located near Knott’s Berry Farm, making it easy to find, and parking is never an issue. They also go the extra mile by providing complimentary snacks and drinks, which is such a nice touch. Plus, their variety of packages ensures that there’s something for everyone, no matter your age or what type of aesthetic or relaxation treatment you’re looking for. I’m due for another round of package purchases, and I’m honestly so excited to see what other services I can add!
