After an extremely early departure to the airport, Johnny was unbelievably helpful! I parked at Aloft for an early morning flight on 7 Jan 2026. She provided me with the full details of transport to and from the airport as well as instructions on parking. She notified the driver that we were departing 20 before the hour and gave me the parking pass. Once at the airport I wasn't certain that I displayed the pass. After several minutes I called back to the hotel and explained that while rushing (and not fully awake) I wasn't sure if I displayed the pass. I asked if she could verify it was on the dash of my vehicle. She said absolutely. After a brief hold, she told me that I did in fact have it and wished me safe travels. Johnny went above and beyond. I was able to enjoy my time away without constantly worrying of my car being towed. She is an outstanding example of top notch customer service.
I came in for business and we used the meeting room as well as hotel rooms. I was pleasantly greeted by Ruthie and Jason. Ruthie immediately welcomed me and showed me the meeting room and answered all questions. Jason was extremely pleasant and helpful. Diego was my driver and I didnt have cash to tip on the way in but I did leave it at the desk upon checkout. Mike (banquet-houseman) was extremely helpful in every way from moving tables and chairs to information. Mike was even my driver on the return. Such an incredible team at this property. I would love to point out Karmin was also so friendly and informational as well.... and Candace at the desk. The rooms are clean and the property is fresh. This staff is the reason companies and guests return. Thank you for the hospitality and hope to see you soon.
This hotel is very poorly managed for several reasons - it is violating Federal Law as it has no phones in the rooms. Hotels in the US are required to have phones in every room, but U.S. federal laws (Kari's Law & RAY BAUM'S Act) mandate that their phone systems must allow guests to directly dial 911 and notify staff, leading many hotels to remove phones or update systems to avoid liability, while some jurisdictions or accessibility needs might still prefer them for emergencies and guest services. Only one wash cloth and all soaps are in dispensers, only determined this after my wife showered and there was not one for me Coffee in the lobby was extremely strong and they had no Hot water only pot in the lobby, so you had to heat water in the room and go down and get coffee The hotel is at the start of the airport runway so every time a plane takes off the room sounds like you are next to the plane. Windows are thin We stayed the night of the College National Championship and the large TV beside the bar, had not worked in weeks per the staff. The bar TV is a 19" above all the shelves Disappointed overall
Sometimes basic is best. Check-in was efficient. Requested a quiet room and it was what I got. The King room was clean, at the end of hallway. Everything works. The bed was firm enough to deliver a good night sleep. Walking distance to nearby fast food joints and frequently airport shuttle service.
ALOFT was a wonderful stay! The decor in the lobby/ reception area is funky and fun, the room clean and comfortable. The pet policy of the hotel really sets it apart as there is no extra fee for pets and they even provided a welcome bag with toys, treats, and bag for cleaning up. Thanks for welcoming my dogs so warmly!
Rooms felt home like and comfortable. Lots of housekeeping miscommunications and attention to detail issues. Interrupted multiple times by staff or maintenance when I had the do not disturb sign. Don’t recommend app communication and just go to the desk when ready. Shower does not close all the way at the bottom and gets on the floor which is a slip hazard. Not likely to stay here again. But choose cause of reviews with positive feedback regarding cleanliness and NO Bugs.
Worst Aloft I ever stayed in. The bathroom mirror was shattered on one corner. The drapes were torn away. The room was badly worn and not very clean. I was shocked. At least the HVAC worked. Do NOT stay here. Seems like a place you could rent by the hour. Marriott should be embarrassed.
