Suite Life Pet Resort & Spa

I have taken my rescue Labradoodle to Suite Life Pet Resort & Spa since I got him 7 months ago. Major has issues of fear of other dogs and people. Everyone at Suite Life has been so patient with him and accommodating. They are the most professional and caring staff I've ever used. Please give them a try. You certainly will not regret it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Love this place for their vet services! Staff is very friendly and caring! Vet is amazing and love taking our babies to her. She has done 3 neuters on some barn cats as well for us and they are doing great! Highly recommend their vet services!

I’m in disbelief. This is the second and last time I’ll be coming back here. First experience consisted of my 5 year bernedoodle being there from 7am until 5pm and I had to come pick him up unfinished. No explanation. Was asked to pay the full balance but I asked for the manager and I was given 50% off the services for the troubles. Received a call the next day to bring him back to finish the job. Brought him back and he was finished and looked great. The drive back and forth was inconvenient but figured we would give them another chance. Second experience…I drop him off at 7am. Received an email that he was done at 3:30 pm. When I arrive, the front reception manager asked if they had talked to me about the grooming. I haven’t been informed of anything other than he was ready. When my dog comes out from the back, his front legs were barely touched. They tried explaining that he didn’t like his legs touched. In the picture shown, his back legs look fine. I’m sorry, but we’ve been having him groomed since we got him as a pup and have never had this issue. I was given a $10 discount for my troubles. He was brought home like this. Won’t be back.

We were provided with such comfort knowing our dog was well taken care of while out of town! They provided excellent customer service and I could tell my dog enjoyed staying there. They also gave updates on meals as well as photos. Highly recommend!!

Staff has always been very friendly & helpful everytime we visit the facility which has been expanding & offering more services since we 1st learned about in 2016. This full blood German Shepard gets so excited when we pull in the gate, can't wait to get out of the car. Favorite is the dock diving that has a doggy bath set up to rinse off after playing in the pool. The big dog park for large dogs has lots of room to run around & chase the indestructable BIG orange ball with new 1s available to purchasealone with a bunch of other neat stuff. The park now has a cement wadding pool to splash around in during the breaks from all the running, jumping, & swimming in the BIG pool. The trainer, Jessica Smith, is very personable & helps with questions or concerns to guide owners & dogs through an enjoyable experience while learning proper techniques in obedience or the agility classes. Daycare staff are great, puppy always comes home happy and exhausted! Office staff are always kind and helpful. Great place in Abilene to take your fur baby! Boarded our King Charles pup for a couple days, the staff took amazing care of him and even sat with him so he would eat (he's a pack dog when it comes to eating) Great place!!!

Such an amazing place to board, grooming services, & doggy day care! Staff is always so caring & loving to my pups & make me feel comfortable leaving them in their care.
