The service was great, the person checking us in was so nice and professional. Our check in was quick and smooth. The handicap room was spacious but somethings were awkward for someone in a wheelchair to access. The room door does not stay open so that someone in a wheelchair can enter without assistance. The bathroom door does not stay open either, again making it hard for someone in a wheelchair to access by themselves. The soap in the bathroom is attached to the wall out of reach of someone in a wheelchair to reach. The toilet has a button flush on the tank, again making it difficult for someone to reach who cannot stand and turn. For a visually impaired person, the all white of the bathroom made it difficult to distinguish the sink from the walls, etc. It would also be great if there was not a curb going in and out of the hotel minus the small cutout, it makes it hard for not only wheelchair access but also pushing carts. All in all, we enjoyed the hotel, these things are to point out the difficulties for a handicapped person to access. I would recommend and stay here again.

We needed a hotel close to Children’s Nebraska that could truly support us and provide real ADA accessibility — and this place went above and beyond. I realized in the parking lot that I had forgotten to request a wheelchair-accessible room, and that familiar panic set in, one medically-complex families understand. Before I could even ask to switch at check-in, the staff had already switched us into an ADA-compliant accessible room when they noticed the need. No explanations. No stress. Just handled. At the pool, the accessible pool lift wasn’t working at first — a moment that can feel incredibly discouraging for wheelchair users. The front desk responded immediately. They contacted the appropriate staff, brought a charged battery, ensured the lift was fully operational, and even monitored it while we swam so it would safely bring us back up. I can't tell you how many hotels we've been to that have a pool lift that isn't working and staff were just like, "sorry, it's out of order." This hotels level of accessibility support and awareness is rare! Customer service was truly exceptional. The front desk staff member was Whitney, and her care felt genuine, not just "here for the job." As a familiy navigating medical complexities and having mobility needs, we’ve learned that many hotels claim accessibility without actually delivering it. This is exactly why we choose to stay at this hotel. We felt seen, respected, and supported — not like an inconvenience. Plus, four pillows per bed (AMAZING) and free water for club members Small things matter when everything else is heavy. If you’re a medically complex family, wheelchair user, or need reliable ADA-accessible lodging near Children’s Nebraska, this hotel truly shows up. Plus when staff learned why we were staying, they gave us a discount which was much appreciated given it's Christmas and money is tight. Highly recommend. (I very rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it!)

The hospitality was over the top. Everyone smiles and greets you and makes you feel welcomed. Breakfast was the best part if you ask my kids. Rooms were great and comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long time. Thanks for the warm welcoming especially the ladies that work the front desk in the evening!!!! The customer service was everything!!!! Thank you again!!

Room was very nice. It was somewhat small but perfect for a stop if your going across country. Breakfast was free with somewhat little options. Amazing staff.

We stayed when our grandbaby had heart surgery. Check in was fast and easy. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Got to the hotel and was greeted at the front desk and asked what I was here for. Told her I was here to stay with my mom while she was at Methodist hospital. She added a hospital discount that I was not expecting. Very nice.

We stayed here over this past weekend. The staff and everything about the hotel was perfect The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was really good to deal with and extremely helpful and very willing to make you stay as comfortable as possible. The only issue we could find was the water pressure was a little low and the shower floor had some debris on it which washed down the drain Upon turning on the shower it was really no big deal. It looked like some small amounts of hair. Otherwise the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Everything was hot and fresh. I would recommend staying here. I'm sure we will again.
