Little Paris Hotel

The room condition could use some work in my opinion. I haven't seen such a small TV in quite some time. The closet door for a bathroom door could not even shut properly along with some cracks and mold on walls that were unappealing to say the least. Even the bed was not very comfortable in my opinion. The location made up for any shortcomings and the price was fair. A little extra work/maintenance and a $100 tv and it would make for a better visit.

I did not have the opportunity to stay here, but I want to praise this hotel for providing me a full refund after the free cancellation period had ended. Their service was quick, helpful, and greatly appreciated.

This is my first review I've ever left on anything. The lady that runs this place is a slum lord. After our first night we had no hot water and my wife and I called and explained to her that we had to take ice cold showers and she kept acting like we didn't know how to work a shower, or that there was in fact hot water smh. Every time I spoke to her she would come up with another excuse to not help the situation. It got so bad that we packed up our stuff and found another hotel after already being there 3 out of our 6 day stay. I do not recommend this place, even with a great location to the beach. Definitely not worth it.

Little Paris Hotel is an absolute gem of a stay. I have just read some bad reviews of this terribly good establishment and I am frankly horrified at what they have said. The hotel is extremely clean and well organized and it is pretty obvious that someone has uploaded some terrible pictures. I have personally complained to Google about these bad reviews and feel really bad for Little Paris Hotel hardworking staff. Please ignore these few bad reviews and read the thirty good reviews!

Everything was great at first! I thought the room was fairly decent and the location was very nice. But then it sounded like a basketball team was upstairs making noise. The owner said that I just needed to let her know if there was an issue. I let her know that there was so much noise that I could not sleep... She continued to assert that nobody was above the room but clearly that was not the case. So I went upstairs myself to knock on the door to ask for some peace. Next thing I know she is calling me saying that she saw me on the camera going upstairs... So BEWARE.... You are being watched! The only reason I went upstairs was to get some peace because I needed some sleep and she refused to help despite my attempt to remedy the situation. Then she insisted that I tidy up which I thought was interesting because I was charged $60 per night for cleaning.... Which I would never leave a room in disarray but if I'm paying $60 a night for cleaning I don't need somebody to tell me to tidy up. Then when I further express my concerns to her, she said that I was being vindictive. She also said that she never asked me to tidy up which I have documented. So I would not ever recommend staying here because you're just going to get the run around with the owner and apparently she is always right in her mind. Definitely go somewhere else!

DO NOT STAY HERE. No refund. Rm 301 this place should not be standing. I’m downstairs and hear everything upstairs. Clean fee 95 bucks for what there is nothing to clean. No hot water. Tv works when it wants to. Place smells No Wi-Fi . Again NO REFUND. I understand why there isn’t. Most people probably ask for a refund. PILLOW CASE DIRTY. Sticker says caution very hot water it should say caution NO HOT WATER someone call housing inspection

I think that the reviewer Carlos stayed at a different place. None of that applied to my 5 day rental. The service was great, the room was clean and updated, and I didn't smell anything except the ocean aire. Great location and a very comfortable place for a long stay. The kitchen was equipt and the room came with some coffee supplies, beach chairs, suntan lotion and lots toiletries. The parking was easy and it was only two blocks to the beach and the rows of restaurants etc. We will rent it again in a heartbeat.
