Amazing experience! The salon is beautiful and the staff is beyond wonderful. Gloria, the manager, was so very kind and Lee did an incredible job on my nails (both gel manicure and pedicure). She was so detailed and attentive. Couldn’t be happier! Highly, highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!

Had a really lovely time. I’m very low maintenance when it comes to pampering myself. I don’t know how to rest, relax, or have nice things. Trying to change that and had a nice day for myself today. I had my first ever facial. I also received a massage, a wax, and a spa manicure. I work outdoors in the cold and my skin was really dry because of the wind chill. I really noticed a difference after the facial and spa manicure ! The space was super clean (they were always cleaning), the music was calming, the space was quiet, and I appreciated the care and attention that I received. I appreciated they were also mindful of those who are claustrophobic or have asthma. Also the interior design was super lovely. Also, everything was so reasonably priced. If you are looking for this kind of place that has everything, but still is quality, this place is for you. Also thanks for the free bottle of water and samples.

The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and so relaxing — you can tell they really care about the details. My technician was meticulous, gentle, and made sure everything looked perfect. The color selection is huge, and the quality is top-notch — my nails have never looked better or lasted this long. Everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. Easily the best nail salon I’ve been to in NYC — can’t wait to come back!

I dropped in for a massage while my husband shopped for shoes next door, and im so glad I did! I got a 15 min chair massage with Tony and it was so good, I’m going to book myself a full massage soon and try their nail services. Very clean, seems organized and courteous, and had walk-in availability. Might be a little pricey but if it’s consistently reliable, that’s fine with me.

Cindy was incredibly kind and attentive. The place was very clean and hygienic, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the services I received, and the relaxing massage during the treatment was amazing. I would definitely rate it 10/10 and will absolutely be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I called for an appointment for a UV gel fill with chrome, they quoted me 95$ with extra for chrome, steep but willing to pay. They then did the fill (which they didn’t even use proper UV gel for) my boyfriend paid for the service at the desk, and THEN told me that the color was also extra, and charged him over 30$ just to have my nails patented a color. Never in my 35 years of life have I ever been charged EXTRA for COLOR. INSANE. Horrible customer service, the front desk lady was not nice, nail tech Sara also did a terrible job of shaping my nails. Will never return and you should never go.

I highly recommend this spa for their consistently excellent quality of service. I have been going to see Ivy for my manicure and pedicure services for years; she is detail oriented and never rushes, and maintains a standard of perfectionism in all that she does. The spa environment is relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Jack is also an excellent masseuse.
