I went to face to face per recommendation from a friend. I was told to ask for Enrique. He fit me in last minute. Face to Face is extremely comfortable, friendly staff and relaxing. Enrique is amazing. He is friendly, professional, knows what he is doing and informative. No pressure whatsoever. Makes you feel completely relaxed especially for first time. Highly highly recommend for anyone considering face to face. Will be back next month. I don't know any of the other employees. But I would highly recommend asking for Enrique.
Great service from Enrique and Diane today. Deep tissue massage, facial, and body scrub left me feeling like a new woman. Enrique is extremely professional and Diane knows her skincare. My face is glowing! Recommended.
Face to Face NYC is the only place I'll go for my delicate needs. Enrique is caring and has an eye for detail, unmatched anywhere else.
Face broke out after their facial services with my gf, none of their staff seem like they know what they're doing & all they do is try to get you to buy one of their line for retail sales, which is pathetic.. Dont waste your money on services that you won't be happy with like we did, there are so many other spas/facial spots in NYC.. AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH GOING HERE FOR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES...
