True REST Float Spa

We come here every visit to Provo. Relaxing, clean, quiet. Great hosts there, very friendly. Floating is hard if you can’t quiet your mind down to totally relax but if that’s your jam, this is your place. Highly recommend giving it a shot, I don’t find it overly expensive and gets better price if you package it up over time. There’s coupons out there too. And the oasis room is relaxing too, tea bar.

I went for the first time to celebrate graduating. This couldn’t be a better experience! The staff is so professional and genuine! The facility is so clean and organized! The pods were clean and the perfect temperature! The whole experience was super chill and satisfying! I am definitely making this a once a month thing! It’s genuinely the calmest I’ve felt in such a long time!! Highly highly recommend.

I don’t give 5 stars for everything… but a place like this deserves a 10/10. 100 stars! I can’t even begin to write how amazing this experience was. To just float in zero gravity with ambient music is an absolute must-do experience for everyone! I highly recommend this place for relaxation, meditation, peace, or just an escape from our busy world. Come check this place out. You won’t regret it. The facilities are extremely clean. Plenty of privacy. You feel very safe. Great location in the great Riverwoods shops. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about how awesome this was.

Absolutely phenomenal service here. I come here often for the essential oil flavored oxygen bar to relax, meditate, listen to a book. I’ve come with all 4 of my daughters aged 2-8 and they get oxygen with me and color in the coloring books that are provided. I love how attentive the staff is when I walk in, they always offer me herbal tea with honey which just brings the experience to the next level. The float area is also perfect for what you need. If you get motion sickness I would recommend taking something like ginger or Dramamine for the first couple visits. A+ service, A+ ambiance, A+ product.

Most relaxing experience of my life. The facilities are very clean and the girls that work there are friendly and explain everything thoroughly so you aren't confused about how things work. I didn't feel rushed either, which was nice. The bathroom and prep rooms were heated, so you didn't freeze after getting out of the pods. I went in yesterday, and I slept better than I have in months last night. I have had issues falling asleep lately, but I laid down around 9:30 and was out within 5 minutes and didn't wake up until 7:45 am. My back is usually really tight, but it feels pretty loose now. I went in because I got a Groupon, but I'm sure I'll be back again.

First time floater here. The staff was so so helpful and kind. I stopped by at one point just to take a look and they were more than happy to show me around and talk me through the process. On the day of my float they were once again super helpful and just made for a wonderful experience. Definitely worth a try if you are curious about it. Very relaxing and surreal experience.

Awesome experience!! From the second you walk in to the time you leave. If you get there early there is a relaxation room. They give you a massager for your back or shoulders. The float itself was awesome. I have lower back problems and it help a lot with the pain. I will defiantly go again. Once your float is complete you can go to the oxygen to help with energy.
