Motel 6 Lancaster, PA

This is the absolute best hotel that I have ever stayed in of time. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Someone that stood out far beyond all the rest was a woman named Jamie. She really made sure my needs were attended to during my stay and was extremely nice. The hotel is clean and well kept. I would definitely have no problem staying there again and recommending it to any friends or family needing a hotel to stay in during a trip.

This motel is absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t even stay here because the conditions were so filthy that I couldn’t remain in the room for more than a minute. As soon as I walked into the building, the smell in the elevator and lobby was disgusting. It literally smelled like dog feces, which already told me everything I needed to know about how poorly this place is taken care of. When I opened the door to the room, the odor was so strong and foul that I became physically ill and threw up. I didn’t put my belongings down or touch anything. The bedding looked unwashed, the carpet was covered in old stains, and the room felt genuinely unsafe and unsanitary. It was like stepping into a horror film I went straight to the front desk, still sick from the smell, and the staff could not have cared less. No apology, no solution, no room change, nothing. They refused a refund and acted completely dismissive, which tells me they are used to complaints and simply don’t care. Because of how extreme and unhealthy the conditions were, I will be reporting this place to the Health Department, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. This hotel should not be operating in the state it’s in. I strongly warn anyone considering staying here.

literally do not stay here. was really nasty, didn't want to sleep, take a shower, or go to the bathroom, and my luggage smelled like weed after my 12 hour stay. and was wayyyy too expensive for the quality. The woman at the front desk was nice and it was in a good location!

Since staying at this location this has been an amazing experience, the staff here make you feel like you’re at home , they are kind , patient , and courteous , one superstar standout for me is Ms.Jamie she has went above and beyond to make sure that I am and comfortable, being new to the area it’s nice to have a safe place and staff that genuinely cares about me and my wellbeing , if your looking for a cozy place , good vibes , and a comfortable stay motel 6 is the place . Soft beds , good house keeping service , and there’s even a full snack bar in the lobby for those late night munchies . I would definitely stay here again

This is a low-end hotel. Some remodeling has been done, but details overlooked. Our tub was chipped, the drains in the sink and tub were rusty, no hooks in bathroom for pj's or robes. We did have a microwave and fridge. Ample parking. Desk was well used and laminate was peeling off. Beds were firm. Plenty of hot water. Room was quiet even though motel is right on the busy road. The floors are laminate, not carpet. Halls seem to smell like cigarette smoke. The heating/air unit brings in cigarette smoke from outside. And the blackout roller shade does not cover the window from edge to edge.

Would not recommend. Room was dirty. Old french fries on the floor from prior guests. There was so much caulking in bathroom that looked filthy, I wouldn't take a shower. It looked like they just put layer after layer of caulk around bathtub and sink with their finger. Very sloppy. Did not have extra pillows. Very noisy. Clerks were not very pleasant.

I only give this 3 stars because the hallways seem disgustingly dirty. That being said, the rooms are clean and service is fine. One of those situations where "you get what you pay for". For about $54 a night, it's suitable
