I gave you the actual key and you requested that I place it in the bowl that was setting on the counter. which I did. Also, I left without getting any paperwork from you. Can you send it to me electonically to my email address? I would truly appreciate it. And just a quick reminder that we only stayed one night and had to leave due to a family emergency. The hotel has a great indoor pool and jacuzzi - it’s very clean (plus outdoor in summer weather). There is a great park next door for kids. Plus they have self serve laundry. The staff are very helpful. Great value.

I have been here several times for events, but never had the pleasure to actually stay in one of their rooms. Decided to have a staycation for New Years Eve this year and stay locally. This place was the cheapest and the highest rated. Checking in was a breeze and I was able to do it the night before all online. I got there walked up and they handed me the keys, probably one of the quickest check-ins I've had ever in and in my room within 5 minutes. I got a King Room no smoking. The place was very clean, decent sized and the bed was super comfortable. I expected to have a horrible night's sleep considering that is my usual experience at hotels, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my night. Honestly no complaints.

We hosted a large educational conference at this hotel and were incredibly impressed! You can tell the staff genuinely care about the hotel and making every guest feel welcome. No matter what request we had, the staff completed all requests in an efficient manner and went above and beyond. A special shoutout to the front desk, maintenance, food staff, and head chef for their prompt attention to matters and truly INCREDIBLE food. We have been all over California and no hotel has made us feel as welcome and provided such incredible meals as this hotel and its staff.

We arrived late at night, front desk man was very nice, patient, and resourceful. Gave us some info in regards to visiting the NP. Very nice hotel especially for price. Very comfortable lux bed, clean sheets and plenty of towels. Would definitely book again.

The staff is always professional, pleasant and proficient. They have a Starbucks style food display case with Breakfast items, including fried eggs sandwiches that are exceptionally good. The ciabatta roll was soft and the egg was cooked perfectly and it was better than what I’ve had at the nearby Starbucks

I stay here when in the area especially when I do the Winter Wonderland Event; the fact they know me by sight and remember my name is absolutely wonderful. Makes me feel at home.||Sadly, I/we miss the California Cafe... the little set-up in the lobby is okay, but the restaurant being closed and a limited choice of items especially a hot breakfast was unexpected. Miss getting to see Rick and Mary! Mahogany's is nice and the staff always a pleasure to see; but... the menu is very limited and missed being able to order the items that used to be on the menu shared with the restaurant (California Cafe). Please bring it back.
