This first 24 hours we were moved 3 times. There are no comforts. No coffeemaker, workbook, phone, only 1 towel and no blanket. We booked a room for 4 nights and it was decent price. Was booked from number given, reservation company was Nightcrawler. The gentleman was very helpful and we were able to pay at time of check in. We decided to stay for 2 nights and called the number for reservations and it was a nightmare. Reservation Desk was the company. Wanted to book for 2 nights. Was quoted almost the same amount as the 4 nights finally was giving a decent quote for 2 nights and we were forced to pay over the phone. The Booker kept saying for 1 night and I would correct him. And he takes me it was taken care of. Long story short we paid an outrageous amount for 1 night because the reservation people screwed it up. And there was nothing that could do to rectify the situation so we could stay the second night. Do not use reservation Desk company.

No one cleans the parking lots or hallways, and no one does the bedding every day. There's no trash can in the room. Additionally, it appears no one changes bedding after guests check out. So, if you check in, you'll find and use all the bedding the last guest used, and you never know how many guests have already used it. The towels are dirty, so they can't be used. We had to go to Walmart and buy two bedding sets and towels. All pictures on its front page are not accurate! The toilet keeps moving around, and it appears to be about to fall.

The hotel was good for a one night sleep. Inside the hotel it felt a bit shady, but for one night it was okay. I paid in cash and they gave a small discount, and the TV wasn't working but they gave me 2 beds and the room was alright for one night. I saw a tiny spider in the bathroom, but I didn't make a big deal, I just wanted to sleep. They had hot and cold water and clean towels. Overall, it was okay. I paid $70 just to sleep here.

this hotel is scary. there are empty bags of heroin on the ground in the gardens and around the staircases. someone wrote something like "welcome to hell on earth" on the wall of a staircase that lead to my room. While checking in, even though I paid for a two bed room online, the check in attendant asked me if I was ok with a 1 bed room. He was mainly concerned with figuring out if he was able to downgrade me and didn't care about how long check in would take. He called his staff members several times to check to see if there was a smaller room for me. The hotel is not within walking distance of anything. My bedroom was spacious but outdated, and one of the bed's sheets smelled like tunafish, so I had to switch to the other. There was a window in my bathroom that was painted over with brown paint maybe many years ago. You couldn't see through it but it glowed eerily because there was a light outside. the bath tub had gross moldy caulk all around it. When I was checking out, I asked if they could tell me where the nearest bus station was. the morning attendant didn't speak English well and told me I could catch the bus outside which didn't help me much. The parking lot was littered with trash. I took a walk to find a bus stop but couldn't really find anything within the 4-5 minutes I walked. I stopped at the neighbors, which was a Muslim mosque. They escorted me outside and only replied "this is not a restaurant" each time I asked where the nearest bus station was. I wound up ubering to the train station.

Positive: Staff were nice. Negative: Might have been a nice hotel back in the day but now rundown. Web photos do not indicate the exterior neglect and interior worn and dirty carpet. Weak effort to update with cheap click flooring. Appears to be used for otherwise homeless people.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked for 4 people and there was only 1 towel in the room. The door didn't have a good lock, there's no security to get into the hotel at all and the parking lot and surrounding area were very active with unpleasant activity. We heard a man screaming in the parking lot late at night. The carpet leading up to the room was filthy! The shower head was leaking coming off the wall and only did a jet stream. The sheets on one bed had a hair and cigarette burn in them and the other had a sticker from the manufacturer. Comforters were stained. Getting down the hallway to our room was very tight and looked like a closet. The outside was basically the Bates Motel complete with weird blood stain on someone's curtains.

Everything is disgusting. No one cleans the yard or hallway, and no one does bedding every day. There's no trash can in the room. Of course, no one changes bedding after guests check out.
