Berkshire Beach Club of Deerfield

Small resort, two stories, no elevator. Pam, the manager, was able to get an owner to exchange our assigned unit (12) for theirs on the ground floor (2). She also supplied us with a hairdryer which wasn't in the unit. Gated area and short walk down a path to beach. Convenient short walk to the boardwalk where lots of fishing took place. One parking space is allotted per unit

Berkshire Beach Club is a peaceful beach getaway. The GM Pam, and Lisa do a fantastic job of maintaining a clean and up to date resort. There is parking, the internet and a nice kitchen. The pool and hot tub are a plus. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops is a plus. ❤️

We spent a week at this place and really enjoyed our stay. A nice small resort with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Pool, hot tub and located right on the beach close to the pier. Hotel manager Pam was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We plan to return!

This is a small resort with large comfortable apartments right on the beach - just open the back gate and you're there! We quickly became friends with the other guests, many visit at the same time every year. Car parking is limited but if everyone sticks to the one car per unit limit it's okay.

This time share is really a great place to stay. It is spotless, cleaned and sanitized perfectly. The staff, Pam, the manager, were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They were friendly and helpful. The extra touches were super. Towel replacement twice a week to mention one. The access to the beach was an added benefit. It felt as if we were on a private beach. The accessibility to many types of restaurants within walking distance was a plus.||I would highly recommend a stay at this pleasant place!

I reccomend Berkshire and would come back. Great location. Great service. Friendly staff and guests. The pool area is nice. We appreciate that the bathroom has a tub for our toddler. The manager did her best to let us stay at the property a little after check-out. The rooms need updating. The shower/tub water was difficult to deal with. The AC is uneven throughout the suite and forced us to have our toddler sleep with us. The kitchen is not fully stocked, but the manager may have additional items to share.

The resort is in a great location. They have a nice pool deck with a spa. They are right on the beach. The rooms are dreadful. No ceiling fans, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, a very uncomfortable bed. The kitchen is tiny. We did not have a working ice maker. We were told to expect one on Tuesday, it never arrived. In order to get into the silverware drawer, you had to open the fridge. I will not be going back to this resort. Deerfield Beach is a nice place to visit though with a great beach and some nice restaurants.
