Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I choose a hot stone massage for my first experience here and it went amazing. Kristopher was my massage therapist today. He did an amazing job and I walked out feeling so much better and recieved great recommendations to help woth stretching. Conversation was easygoing and great to talk to. I will 100% be returning back and booking with Kristopher again!

I’ve been going to Hand & Stone for massages and my experience has been wonderful. The staff is always so nice and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I’ve been seeing Luis, and he is absolutely amazing! He has helped me so much with my hip pain, and I truly notice the difference after every session. Luis is kind, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your needs. He makes you feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about him, Luis is great! If you’re dealing with pain or just want a wonderful massage experience, I highly recommend booking with him.

Chris was amazing. I usually go to a different location, however I am so thankful for finding this one. He ensured I was comfortable, explained some of the stretches and made me feel fantastic. What a great massage therapist!

I had a fantastic experience at Hand & Stone. My original massage therapist called in sick the day of my appointment, so I my appointment time was changed. I had Luis and was phenomenal. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. They also offered be $15 towards an add on (I chose hot stones) for the inconvenience of moving appointment times. Everyone was professional and pleasant and the facility was clean and welcoming.

Melissa. Melissa. Melissa! If you book a massage make sure it is with her!!!! I’ve booked here before and it has been okay, but she did med to firm back and shoulders and oh my God. The hour session felt so long not rushed and perfect. Seriously ive never felt better. She was a very good listener and did everything I asked for and more. New regular definitely!

My spouse purchased a membership in March. We quickly realized we wouldn’t use the services that often. On May 23 at 4:07pm, we called to pause the membership as we would be out of town for the month of June and didn’t want to incur charges. While out of the country, on June 14th, we received a text from our financial institution that Hand & Stone had in fact charged our account the $69.95 monthly fee. This chaWAS NOT AUTHORIZED. I will call again today in attempt to cancel the membership and request a refund.

Tabitha is a gem of a therapist and a wonderful human. I had a very difficult week, and she got me out of my own head and into a peaceful place. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
