Their limited resources (only 3 employees) requires most of their budget to go through the city for maintaining the parks in the city. The city must approve improvements proposed for their Boca Teeca property & the city council has denied approval of golf amenities 3+ times in the past=don't ask the BPD for golf in their next proposal.
If you can find parking, it's a very beautiful beach. I go at sunrise and full moon. The best place to enjoy nature.
