East Texas Hot Tub Tyler

I've had my HotSpot-Stride for a week now and absolutely love it. East Texas Hot Tub in Tyler was the best, from the time I walked into their showroom to the actual delivery/set up. They worked hand in hand with my electrician so there was no guess work on setup day. Juan and Juan, their delivery staff, were fast and efficient. Thank you!

Zach was very friendly and helpful when it came to picking out our hot tub. He was available through out the whole process and notified us of anything that was pertinent to our situation. We were in our hot tub the same day as delivered! Thank you!

Heidi was exceptional to work with before and after the sale. The hot tub has been awesome and is enjoyed by the entire family. When we had problems, their service team was helpful and both Heidi and Zach continued to work with us until the issues were resolved. We have had the best experience! Purchased our hot tub in 2020 and Heidi was so extremely helpful on getting us accumulated in hot tub ownership. We then ended up moving and had to put it in storage for a couple years. We just got it back up and running this January of 2024 and Heidi never missed a beat! She answers every text or call and is always available to help me problem solve. She will work with my schedule and meet me when needed at the shop. She definitely goes above and beyond!

I purchased the top of the line spa, Artesian Duluxe, 3 seat hot tub, they recommended it to be their best. Shortly after installation the hot tub began to leak. I tried to call customer service but they wouldn't pick up the phone or call me back. A woman in billing, calls back when and if she can, shes totally overwhelmed with work. I paid 12k for this spa. The lid never fit and they said they couldn't order me the correct one. This hot tub is a lemon. If I can save 1 person from an awful, time consuming experience it would be worth it. Caveat emptor- let the buyer beware! My next call is to the Better Business Office!!!

I own a home with a HotSpring Spa on Lake O' the Pines from 2017, from Heidi in Longview. I didn't know her storefront was there until yesterday and I stopped in mainly for a new filter. My experience with Heidi was truly 5 Star, in far more detail than I can go into here. She took care of my needs far beyond my expectations! I simply can't recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for a spa or need to care for the one you have, don't waste your time as a consumer with anyone else. I certainly won't.

Heidie and the rest of the staff have been fantastic. They’re all very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they find out and get back to us. Being able to text Heidie makes communication extremely easy. So glad we bought our new hot tub from Heidie. Thank you Heidie and your staff
