Izumi Spa Massage

I've been a relatively regular customer here over the past few months, I haven't really settled on any one therapist and just take who is assigned to me. I've been impressed with the skill level and the professionalism of the masseuses. I find their techniques to be spot on and very relaxing. They always seem to find the tension in my shoulders or lower back from sitting at a desk all day long and work it out. I always walk out feeling much more relaxed, refreshed and ready to get back to work. I'll continue to be a customer here for my bi-weekly massages I am thankful I found this place when I moved into the area.

I had an amazing session at Izumi, and I can’t say enough good things about Angela, my masseuse. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She listened carefully to what areas I wanted her to focus on and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the massage. Angela’s technique was both therapeutic and soothing — she managed to work out deep knots in my shoulders while still keeping the whole experience calm and restorative. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but Angela is what truly made the experience stand out. I left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her — you’ll walk out feeling brand new.

It was an excellent massage experience. The masseurs here have very professional techniques and a great attitude. The overall environment of the store is wonderful. Highly recommended!

I don’t know who is giving these reviews, the whole experience was pretty terrible; the place is dark with covered windows it looks sketch, but it’s actually ok. However, the two women in the front were on the phone and a woman practically yelling at at them and they also called me while I was already there, presumably to remind me of my appointment, which I was already there for. The don’t disclose: - additional fee for oil - additional fee to pay by credit card By the way, both of which, are actually illegal to not disclose. After the massage, I left and walked out, there wasn’t anyone in the front, until I got chased down by a woman demanding me to tip. The masseuse was actually good and hardworking, so sure, i wanted to tip her, but already a terrible experience with the check in and additional fees so the whole thing was soured. I didn’t have cash so they wanted to charge me again on my card ADDITIONAL after I told them what I wanted to tip to make up for the fee!! I said no. They ended up giving the masseuse less of the tip. This place is poorly run by incompetent staff even if the masseuse is good the whole experience with check-in is awful and being chased for a tip is also unacceptable. If they want you to tip they should leave an envelope or have someone in the front when customers are done.

Great massage experience, they even stayed open late for me! Highly recommend the masseuse Sonny, great with managing specific pain points in the back.

One of the best I have gone to...EVER! FINALLY found a place where they are honest, above board, professional and 100% legal. I simply cannot stress this enough, folks. That alone is worth 3 stars. And really really really good! Makes it 5! Sadly, they don't have one of those spinny ball in the water things at the front desk.
