Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

Our stay at the Sheraton Tampa/Brandon was excellent from start to finish. The accommodations were comfortable and well‑maintained, and having access to the Club Lounge made the experience even better. Both breakfast and the evening cocktail hour were outstanding—everything served was fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared. The bar deserves a special mention. The hamburger was tremendous, and the servers were friendly, social, and genuinely happy to make sure you had whatever you needed. Their energy added so much to the atmosphere. The hotel manager, Matt Chulvin, checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. His attentiveness set the tone for the entire staff. Every employee we interacted with was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Access to restaurants and shopping was only one exit away with the entrance to the highway right out of the hotel. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with exceptional service across the board.

We stayed at the Sheraton this past weekend for a wedding and had a great overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the bar service and drinks were excellent; the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety for the money; the lobby area was spacious and comfortable while offering some privacy; the front desk was always staffed with friendly and helpful people; the pool was nice and the shuttle service was very accessible. Special acknowledgement goes to the hotel staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, bar, housekeeping, shuttle chauffeur and building maintenance. They were all polite, friendly, qualified and helpful, especially Francisco, Stafany, Vivian and Maria!

My husband and I have stayed at this Sheraton hotel at least 3 dozen times for probably no less then 10+ years. Sometimes booking direct thru Marriott, sometimes as a free room thru Hardrock, we always come back because it’s a dependable property where you know what to expect. Over the years the hotel has become more and more rundown with room issues, property maintenance, and overall cleanliness. The positives are the staff, specifically Stefy the bartender, Francisco the shuttle driver…the front desk staff are "usually" very pleasant and helpful. But the room/ property issues seem to mount each time we come back, running toilets, loose hardware, hard to open doors, lack of towels, a/c issues, 2 tissues in a box, elevators that sound like they’re falling into hell, peeling paint on every surface , garbage bags left by the main entrance….I could go on! While I do mostly enjoy the property I wish a GM or corporate would care enough to fix the issues so that this kind of review would be non-existent. Take care of the property in a way that people have nothing to complain about. We travel a lot, we have a lot of reward points, we can easily choose a dozen other properties…please make this a property I want to continue to stay at for another 10+ years! Do better, I know you can.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to main freeways. It is in a quiet and green area and has beautiful grounds around the largest pool we have seen in a hotel ( except resorts). We enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated rooms and the hot and continental breakfast choices set us up for the day. We want to highlight the excellent service and attention we received from Amanda B. who checked us in. She showed initiative and understood our preferences for our stay and room. We had the pleasure of interacting with her at breakfast too and she was always helpful and professional. We are hoping to return to enjoy the facilities, great pool and service.

During a recent work training seminar, I stayed at the Sheraton and had the pleasure of being served by Stefy and Vivi, the bartenders—and they were truly outstanding in every sense of the word. They were consistently engaged, attentive to everyone at the bar, and struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality. Beyond great service, they clearly understand mixology—taking the time to read the customer, ask the right questions, and land on the right spirit or cocktail for the moment. Whether someone knew exactly what they wanted or needed a thoughtful recommendation, Steffy and Vivi delivered every time. Friendly, witty, and genuinely welcoming, they created an atmosphere that made it easy to decompress after long, demanding days of training. You could tell they understood the mission: provide excellent service while creating a space that feels relaxed, fun, and human. Their focus on service, awareness of their guests, and commitment to representing the hotel at the highest level did not go unnoticed. Stefy and Vivi are exactly the kind of professionals who elevate the guest experience and leave a lasting impression. Absolute kudos—tip of the hat—to Stefy and Vivi. The Sheraton is lucky to have them.

EXCELLENT venue for your Wedding or special event! The meeting spaces, elegant ballroom, lovely lobby, tropical pool area, and Starbucks are reasons enough, but it's the suites that really stand out at this venue! Imagine getting ready for your special day in a VERY spacious, multi- room suite all to yourselves! Unlike most upscale hotels this Sharaton has MULTIPLE Presidential Suites! There is a lounge area with a huge, comfy sectional, dining table, kitchen, bar, full bathroom with huge tub and jets, king bed . . . You and your wedding party will have plenty of space for getting ready and relaxing before your ceremony! And you will have a wedding night room with no need to drive after your celebration! The in house catering is delicious! Service with a warm smile! When you book a tour, ask for Maria! She has many years of experience planning weddings and events. She will guide you through all the many decisions. Maria is a true professional who even after so many years of experience is still sincerely joyfully passionate about her couples and making their day unforgettable!

Stefany at the bar/restaurant was incredible! Her demeanor and personality brightened both my husband and my day. She went out of the way to make sure we both enjoyed our dinner. Our room was humid and the air conditioner just did not cool it off.
