This past weekend my wife, a few of her friends, and I spent an evening at Club Macanudo in New York, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone—classic, comfortable, and effortlessly sophisticated. The vibe is exactly what you hope for in a lounge like this: relaxed, welcoming, and refined without feeling stuffy. The service was excellent throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of without being intrusive. You can tell they take pride in creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind, have great conversation, or simply enjoy the ambiance, Club Macanudo delivers on all fronts. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier lounge experience in NYC.

Went here on a date with a special gentleman during my visit to NY and I must admit that I had an amazing time. Both the atmosphere and the company were phenomenal! I’m not one to drink but during my visit to NY I did make exceptions 🙈. I order The Godmother, I forgot which drink he had but it was very tasty. We also ordered appetizers and an entree that we shared, I’m not a big eater. He was such a gentleman. He even fed me 😜. We each enjoyed a cigar. He had chosen something light for me, one a bit bolder for himself. It was a very relaxed crowd. I had such a great time. We closed out the place. The staff was attentive as well. I would definitely recommend this place hands down.

The beautiful wood interior and warm inviting vibe is awesome. The Club allows walk-ins, but there is a $40 minimum per person, and $20 of it has to be cigars. My wife and I had a drink and dessert. The warm chocolate truffles were delicious, and the coffee was also tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, they kep the ashtrays clean.

Club Macanudo can get crowded, as it was when I visited on a Thursday night, but the experience is worth it. The food is fine, the bartender, William, is top shelf, the cigars are way over priced, conversations are at high decibels. You'll have a great time, you'll be back.

Great spot to grab a cigar, alcoholic beverage and listen to live music. Very classy too.

1st time going here since the Carnegie Club gets packed. Not looking to go back. Way overpriced. Service was just ok. Dont get the tuna with noodles. Business casual is definitely not needed, especially when the hostess is in a fleece and yoga pants. Many people in sweatshirts. Wish there were more options in NYC to smoke a cigar.
