Hudson Bar and Books

This was my first time at Hudson. If you're a cigar smoker and appreciate a great whisky selection, this is your place. It's a bit spendy, and you can bring your own sticks for a cut fee, but it's just a great place to cozy up and enjoy. I'll be back for sure.

It wasn't my intention for my wife and I to go to this cigar bar, but it was great. The atmosphere was upbeat and a little noisy, but perfect for our mood. The drinks were good and the cigar selection was way beyond my limited knowledge. Fun vibe. Didn't order food, so can't rate.

Hudson Bar and Books has a really cool, relaxed atmosphere. We stopped in on a cold night and enjoyed cigars and drinks while talking and meeting new people. It’s a cozy, intimate spot that’s perfect for unwinding and having a chill night out.

Solid whiskey selection, indoor smoking is sick, and the space is really cool. Great spot if you’re into a laid-back, old-school bar vibe.

I stopped by here aftre orchestra practice and honestly it’s one of my new favorite places. The vibe is super calm — lots of warm lights, books everywhere, and they were playing this soft indie playlist that made me want to stay forever. I got the hazelnut latte (so good!) and a small lemon loaf. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually hear yourself think — I ended up doing some violin sheet prep at one of the window tables while it rained outside.

Great cigar spot at the back of the bar with library vibe. Knowledgeable staff and very classy with movie feels. Wide array of cigars available for amateur to experienced smokers and have cool ways of cutting it. Whiskeys are way too expensive in my opinion hence not a 5*. $44 + tax + tip for 1oz of Glenlivet 18yrs.
