Spilt Milk

Ive passed this bar for sooo many years finally checked it out. I like to sit at the wells and watch them make drinks (only sit there if you’re going to leave the bartenders alone, they are busy!) good bartenders and I had a bar snack that was so tasty. It was torched sardines with pickled onions and a honey mustard sauce. So good, will be back for sure

Came for the cocktails and vibe but the most amazing part was the Chubby Boys kitchen inside. Seriously maybe the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. You order at the back and get a buzzer when it’s ready you pick it up. The fried chicken sandwich was on the perfect Texas style toast with a huge serving of chicken, smothered in a spicy brown gravy style mustard sauce, they call it Chubby Sauce. The fries are curly fries, perfectly crunchy and soft. The smash burger took us back to childhood nostalgic memories and was the perfect blend of grease and meat. Honestly. Divine. Cocktails were good, bit small but atmosphere was loud and vibrant for a Saturday night in Chicago. Highly recommend for the food!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Spilt Milk in Chicago! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered the smash burger and absolutely loved the combination of cherry peppers, fried onions, and their delicious chubby sauce. A perfect spot to enjoy great food with great vibes.

I went for the Spilt Milk x Kasama food event. The staff was transparent and friendly to everyone waiting for the event. Bartenders were moving! They were great at getting drink orders out and checking in with patrons. The sandwich was so good! The sesame bun was soft and buttery. Meatball was cooked to perfection. The cheese added a touch of saltiness. Giardenara tying everything together. A true Chicago meal. It's boozy cocktail that was paired with was refreshing. The meal per person was $25 (before tax and tip) per person. Glad I had the opportunity to attend one of these events. Overall, highly recommend! Their house cocktails were too tasty. RBS and Marvelous Miss Basil are heavy hitters. WILL VISIT AGAIN.

Amazing atmosphere and a really caring and attentive staff. Our bartender, Joel was great and made some excellent cocktails. Prices are very agreeable. Will be coming back!

Spilt Milk is an absolute gem! Went during the weekly family meal on Mondays on the patio which is also during happy hour which features half off drafts and a $10 weekly cocktail. Had a couple of cocktails and an amazing dinner, highly recommend the Old Fashioned, Frozen Irish Coffee and the Claro Paloma. Bartenders are very talented at what they do and the door guy was so nice. Don’t forget to visit the Photo Booth while you’re there!

Nice cozy cocktail bar. The host/bouncer at the entrance and the bartenders were all nice. The space is very lively but you could still actually talk and have a conversation. My drink was alright - not as strong as I would have liked but the experience was nice overall.
