One of the BEST and most CREATIVE bar designs in San Diego - a staple for any Downtown Bar Crawls or wanting to show someone from out of town a great time. One of the best custom cocktail menus and hands down THE best happy hour on a Friday in Downtown - Good Night John Boy makes sure that EVERY night here is the BEST possible night to be had. Shoutout to Luis who provided 6/5 star service. The bar is BEYOND lucky to have him!

Just a cool place, love the groove and music, back to the seventies, a real enjoyable place to go. Staff very nice, didn’t had food or special cocktails, that night we had only some local beer. Would go for sure back like the vibe.

I don't really like clubs but I had a good time at Good Night John Boy. The dance floor was packed and lots of people rubbed up against me. The music was so loud it caused topping out issues with the sound system. I went outside hoping to talk to people that hasn't happened yet.

Was in town for my friends birthday celebration. Started off here, we were the first ones there. Good music, and drinks was enough to get us on the dance floor. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. They definitely made sure we were taken care of and my friend( the birthday girl) had a blast. Met some nice people. Definitely going back!!!

One of the very few clubs on the gaslamp with no cover fee. Great music and atmosphere. Great drinks for a good price. $5 a slice pizza was so delicious, best vegan pizza I've had! This is a place that couples, singles, and friend groups can all enjoy!

Came here with some friends & CJ the bartender recommended us some spots to eat at and we loved it! Great drinks and amazing service. Definitely will come back! (:

Really fun place. Great atmosphere. As someone vising from a small town I felt totally safe inside. Ample space to mingle even if you're not dancing. Awesome DJ and not sure if we just hit it in the perfect night but I couldn't have asked for a better playlist. Hits from the 90s and early 2000s.
