As a former punk kid this bar transported me back in time. Loved that I found this local venue while i was in town. CFFNDRGGR and Jack phantom and the exquisite corpse cabaret both put on captivating shows. The venue offers drinks at reasonable prices, adorable bartenders, decor galore, and a huge out door patio.

It's essentially an underground metal club. Main room is the bar and the other room is for performances. Lots of stickers and graffiti. All of this is what you might expect. Cover charge and a processing fee (even for cash). You must have your ID to enter. Apparently a thing in North Carolina that you must have your physical ID, no photos or copies are accepted. We had to go back to the hotel to get my kid's ID just so they could verify they were under 21 and put an X on each hand. I had several venues during our visit to NC refuse to serve me at 47 years old standing there with my 19 year old. The shows were hard, heavy, and loud (as expected). Each band had its merch tables set up around the room so you could easily chat with them between performances. Bar had a pretty wide selection, especially for a venue of this size, and takes cash, card, and tap to pay.

Aside from it being a hole in the wall from the outside and the inside not having heat, the rest of the place is amazing. I felt like I stepped back in time to my early twenties when I lived in NYC and the inside of the club reminded me of CBGBs. It was definitely nostalgic. I went to see an up and coming band and we were up close and personal with ALL the bands. There isn't a bad spot to stand in the club. Bartenders and staff are super friendly. My advice is this.... don't let the outside scare you 😁

Had a terrible experience at a concert 3-8-26. Me and a friend were consistently sexually harassed and groped by a patron. When we told security they literally laughed in our faces and took the perpetrator to the bar and got her a drink. Very disappointing and I’m honestly traumatized.

Love this place. One of my absolute favorite music venues. It's been an iconic Rock club since 1967!! So much history, and the whole place is such an Experience. Great sound, great stage, great bar, great patio. You've Got to go 😎 They have a variety of amazing talent coming through multiple nights a week, from local to touring artists and bands from Rock to Metal to Rave and everything in between. I've never been disappointed going to an event or show there. The people are super cool and nice too. You can get cool Milestone merch here: a Milestone T-shirt, stickers, etc. Great for gifts, #ShopLocal! Follow me for more explorations & adventures! @epianoqueen

Absolutely awesome local venue! Full of history and you can tell when you set foot inside! Only downside is there's no central heating/air but in the winter it's not too bad once it gets full of people. The staff is extremely friendly and drunk prices are very good.
