Safari Lux Lounge

Friday night was quiet, but Saturday drew a full crowd. You’ll have a better experience if you book a table, as the lounge is mostly furnished with sectional sofas, leaving limited space for those without one. One major downside was the condition of the venue and all the parking spots that were reserved. The sofas were covered in burn marks, which was a big letdown, and some of the tiled designs were missing pieces. Considering how much we spent, I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep and attention to detail. That said, the DJ was good on Saturday, so we still managed to enjoy ourselves.

This establishment presents serious concerns regarding customer safety. An incident occurred in which an individual was shot on the premises, raising questions about the adequacy of protective measures for patrons. In addition to the safety risks, the pricing structure at this business is notable. Admission fees at the door and the cost of drinks are set at a level that suggests a premium experience. However, the quality of the environment does not reflect the financial expectations placed on customers. The combination of unsafe conditions and elevated pricing creates a negative overall impression. Customers should reasonably expect that personal safety is prioritized, particularly in establishments that operate at premium cost levels. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here.

When I say this place is the place to be. I definitely enjoyed myself && the atmosphere. First off, the lounge itself is nice. I don’t like that the bathroom is in the front but still the lounge is nice. Second, the MUSIC (DJs) were on point. From hip hop to afrobeats…they did that. I truly loved the place and will definitely be back. The people in there were mad cool, men and women…everyone enjoying themselves. The attire from the men (African of course) were on point !!!! They were also very respectful, I loved it. The bottle girls were all on point as well and different ones (light, dark, skinny, thick) The one thing that bugged me was the whistle…when celebrating bday and popping bottles….it kind of kills the vibe for a min but other than that…this place is the place to be especially for some afrobeats…I was not disappointed.

Amazing vibes and a good crowd. I thoroughly enjoyed open mic night. This spot pulls a lot of exceptional talent and gives them the space to shine.

.. but overall good vibe. The 🚻 are not visible. There was a was ⛽️ leak. The Marshall only told the patriots to leave the lounge and ditch our drinks. He did not inform us of the dangers.. he just said leave the lounge. This posed a dangerous risk as someone may have lit a cigarette. The place and patriots could have been toast. Safety and precautionary measures were not followed. Further, We paid 120$ to be told not to take the drinks. I guess our lives took precedence... Will I visit again....Maybe

Was trying to have a good time with my ppl Didn’t want the hookah but it was not lit yet so we got one75$. Happy I got my receipt because it showed they charged a 20 dollar repack fee which obviously we did not get since it was the first and only one we got. This girls are not fun and have attitudes like it was dead at the moment and yall not even trying to make sure everyone good Never came to change the coal or nothing. Terrible service for girls idk why women act gross towards other women.

First we get there and stand outside for 20 minutes no one came to the door and then we went through the ropes to see what was going on and they said they weren’t open! They advised they opened at 9 we got there at 10:30 and so what was the deal with that! Then they let us in and the workers are sitting in the lounge smoking hookah and acting like no one came in at all! It was about 5 of us that came in at the same time! Nobody asked if we wanted hookah or drinks! Not to mention my lady almost cut her feet open on broken glass in the parking lot and I got a flat tire from screws in the parking lot when we left! Worse anything I’ve been to in charlotte in my life!
