The Palace

I came to The Palace on a Monday night for a specific DJ who was doing a Drake and R&B set, and the music was so good. That was definitely the highlight of the night, though more because of the DJ than the venue itself. We ordered hookah and it was around $40 and lasted a good while, which was a nice surprise. There was also someone walking around taking food orders - not sure if she was part of the venue or just there for the night - but it was convenient. Overall, I had a fun night and would come back for the right music.

The security team is unprofessional. They allowed their friends inside before guests who were waiting outside and expected us to be cool with it. After questioning their actions, the security team said they didn’t have to answer our questions and refused to get management. The guys were disrespectful towards us by calling us names and threatening to harm us. All of this was for them letting their friends inside before patrons.

Had a blast. Hookah is amazing. Service is top notch. Rouda was such an amazing host for us and took such good care of us and was working the room. We loved the owner and will absolutely be back to this wonderful establishment. Thanks for an amazing night!!!! Thank you for Ab as well we appreciate your hospitality!!!! Love this place

I love the vibe (ambiance). The staff ugh lol the dark skin girl w the pixie is only attentive to the regulars. the new staff young girl w long curly hair , ain’t no better I got a hookah and repack and coal. I ask for one piece of coal she like I can only give you a repack. This why ya don’t get tipped bc girl what . I needed one piece bc ya gave me a giant hookah and not adequate amount of coal . If you did ya job I wouldn’t event be asking . Mind you she barely paid us any mind in her phone the whole damn time. Sadly the male staff if more attentive .

I’ve only been to The Palace once, but it was a great first impression. They have good hookah, good drinks, and the music kept the vibe fun the whole night. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

I had a question about a transaction on my account and reached out to The Palace. I spoke with someone I believe was the manager, and after explaining my concern, he assured me he would look into it and follow up. A few hours later, he reached back out, explained everything clearly, and cleared up any confusion I had. I was really satisfied with the fast response and the actions taken to handle my question. Very professional service!

stopped in to try the hookah and pass time before a event. the male staff that answered the phone was polite but once we arrived the female staff ( short blonde hair and dark skin female with a bad wig) weren’t the nicest. if felt like we bothered them to come into the establishment they’ve chosen to work for. not one smile or any time of customer service. had to stand and wait to be addressed although we were the only people there. they smile/laugh more with their coworkers while smoking then the people spending money. didn’t try the food. good luck to your business.
