Rolling through OKC and looking for a throttle-friendly stop with cold drinks and zero pretense? Margarita Island is a solid pull-in for riders. Plenty of bike presence, loud energy, and a come-as-you-are crowd. The patio stays busy, the music stays up, and the margaritas come out strong enough to make you forget the miles behind you. This isn’t a white-tablecloth joint — it’s a boots-on-the-floor, kickstand-down kind of place. Good stop for group rides, bike nights, and meeting fellow road warriors. Service moves with the crowd, drinks hit right, and the vibe is all about freedom and fun. If you like your bars like your rides — a little wild and a lot memorable — it’s worth the detour.

I visited this bar within the past 2 weeks and I am.just now able to write about my experience and how degrated i felt. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The regulars and even the staff treated my friends and me with zero respect. The so‑called "manager" was especially disturbing — creepy, unprofessional, and constantly making unwanted sexual comments. After I tried to complain about the situation, he crossed the line further by making advances toward me and refusing to back off. He even turned his attention to my friends, hitting on them in ways that were completely inappropriate. Honestly, if he were the last man on earth, we’d still want nothing to do with him. To make matters worse, the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Toilets were leaking onto the floor, the smell was unbearable, and the whole setup looked neglected — exactly the kind of environment you’d expect from a place run this poorly. If you value being treated with respect and basic cleanliness, beware. Margarita Island Bar is not the place to go unless you want to be harassed by creepy staff and sit in filth. One of the worst bar experiences I’ve ever had.

Nice place for smokers. Outside is understandable but smoking is inside too. Food was good but limited. Drinks were ok too. Staff was nice. Horror theme decor was cool.

Good times! As expected, plenty of frozen flavored margaritas to choose from. Karaoke 🎤 was so fun! Some people with some really great voices. Some people with not so great voices but both had fun! It was so great! 🎶 🎵 So if you can sing, or not, this is a place to let your hair down and have a blast. Of course pool tables available 🎱 and were very used throughout the night. Don't even think of stereotyping this place! Such an ethnically diverse place to hang out... the lyrics of "I love this Bar" definitely in full play.

My 1st time here and what a great place! I look forward to coming back.

This place is great! The atmosphere is fun. The service was awesome! The food is the best tasting bar food I have had. The small beer shots are delicious! You have to definitely go try it out!
