I like this place. Just about everyone is polite. Most of the patrons are middle aged or older which is fine with me. All the bartenders are polite and quick to serve you. If you like us older people and excellent bartenders, come and see for yourself.
I grew up on Traub Pl. and always passed by this place on my way to Jarman JR. High back in the 70's, but in the early 80's I hit the road. Anyway I never did go in there after I grew up and was surprised to see that this place was still there after all these years.
They don't serve food but of you like small friendly bars this is your spot
One of our favorite hangouts. Lots of friends here. New owners. Same great place.
Love this this place. My dad came here when he was young and loved the velvet painting that was up on the wall. I also love that painting but didn't see it last time I was there. If you still have it please let me know and I'll buy it so I can hang it in ,y house and send my dad a picture and make him jealous.
Decided to come here after reading the 1 star reviews… I wanted to see for myself what the place was like… From what I experienced so far, the atmosphere here is welcoming, friendly. Owner is really friendly, the bartender on duty was also very friendly and made a damn good drink!! Definitely will be back.
