Had an AMAZING experience at Rustler! My husband set up an appointment for a custom hat as a Christmas gift and it was perfect! Caroline was wonderful at guiding me through the decision process and her work is flawless! She and all the staff were so kind and made the experience so much fun! 10/10 will go back again! *Bonus points from my husband for the complimentary beverage and having the Browns game on!

Hands down one of the BEST experiences we’ve had! We’re in town celebrating our 18th anniversary and had to make a stop here — so glad we did! We had the pleasure of working with two of THE BEST people: Bren and Ms. Paula! This was my first cowgirl hat, and my husband wanted something totally one-of-a-kind — and that’s exactly what we got. We’re from Texas and bleed burnt orange (Hook ’em 🤘🏽), and Ms. Paula made it happen with a Longhorn design right on top of his hat! Bren helped me create the perfect hat just for me. Both were so patient, creative, and made the whole process unforgettable. It’s truly an experience — not just a purchase. 10/10 highly recommend! Left with two amazing hats and two new besties! 🤠💓

Took a group of 11 to Rustler today and had an amazing experience! The team working there was wonderful and handled our large group so well! This is definitely an experience you don't know you need until you do it. Very cool!

The best experience!!! Carlie was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hat maker. She was so patient and had such wonderful suggestions. My hat is more beautiful than I imagined. Trey was also pretty darn wonderful! He eased me into the process and I am so happy he did. The atmosphere is fun and it is hands down an unforgettable experience.

Came here with a group for a bachelorette trip and had the best time! Shout out to Axel and Gracie for being so fun and personable. I am a big fan of places that allow their employees be themselves. I felt no pressure to make quick decisions and had plenty of time to pick exactly what I wanted for my hat! I added my dog’s name ☺️ I come to Nashville pretty often and will definitely be adding Rustler to my list of recommendations for friends and family who want to visit!

Had a really great time with my husband making our custom hats. The lady helping us was great as I was quite undecided on what I wanted and she really helped me decide. It is expensive though in my opinion. For their basic hat with the crown already moulded, a bit of branding and a few types of fabric etc we paid over $500 for our hats. You are obviously paying for the experience and we did enjoy it.
