W Nashville

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We stayed here in July 2025 on the night of our Coldplay concert. The hotel is in a great location of Nashville in the Gulch area. It was so easy to access the room. The room, view, bed and bathroom was so amazing! This is my new favorite HOTEL! Wonderful food nearby. We got takeaway from Biscuit Love. The valet and bell staff even offered me water when I returned as it was very hot. I got a follow-up email from Hailey and then Lizbeth about my visit. Highly recommend staying here. To be completely fair, the only negative was parking. We didn't understand it and I had to move my car from next to Erose to across from the hotel.

Antron my valet was so helpful and appreciated today!! My room was a double- unfortunately I found the mattresses lumpy and soft and could never get the rain shower on. Loud by the elevators and heard hammering close by most of the day. Hotel location and service is great- disappointed in my room

Stayed here during the 2026 ice storm while our power was out. The staff was so great during such a challenging time! Made us feel right at home and were so friendly. They were in good spirits, despite needing to stay at the hotel and having their own issues with the storm. We were so stressed upon arrival and Andrew greeting us at our car and telling us it was all going to be ok allowed us to breathe a huge breath of relief. Chris helped us with his bags and brought us a real sense of community, joking with us about him staying there through the storm as well . The bartenders put in long hours and handled the frequent rush of guests with nowhere else to go. The coffee shop and its staff were a great resource for community as well as to get updates. Can’t thank everyone enough! The rooms were so comfy and the lighting made our stay feel like a luxurious and fun staycation. Also grateful for the stocked mini bar with everything I could want to stress snack during the storm.

TelvinChris has been so great and took care of me the whole week in Nashville! The W is lucky to have him as a valet!! The front desk team was also great! The location of the W is great and I always enjoy the service and the room each time I come. I’m already booked to come back again in August.

Huge appreciation to Emmit (front desk) (sorry if I spelled it wrong). He was awesome from start. Greets with a smile, personable, friendly, and accommodating! Our stay has been awesome. The downstairs bar was nice, live music, and GREAT food! Very nice pool area that's heated but it's cold here so we weren't able to enjoy it this trip. Thanks again Emmit for making our trip extra special!! This is our 2nd visit and we love it here. Wish the rooftop bar was open but it's closed for renovations. We will be back in May!

Awesome experience! Rooms were superb (super clean) and the service was amazing -- we stayed here off peak time and, as such, they upgraded us to an incredible suite with the best view of Nashville. Appreciated that they held onto our luggage even before we had checked in so we could go for a walk and eat. Would love to stay again.

I had an amazing experience with the valet service at this hotel, thanks to the incredible valet driver. Kayla was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient from the moment I pulled up. Her warm smile and welcoming attitude instantly made me feel valued as a guest.
