Cobra Nashville
Service Options offers a unique dive bar experience with a focus on live music, particularly in the metal, rock, and industrial genres. The venue is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, providing a beautiful atmosphere for patrons. However, the music can be quite loud, so visitors might consider bringing earplugs for comfort. The entrance is somewhat unmarked, which can make finding the bar a bit challenging.
The service quality can vary, with some patrons reporting excellent customer service while others have encountered issues with bartenders. The venue has great potential and hosts engaging events, but there is room for improvement in service consistency and staff attitude. Overall, Service Options is a promising spot for those seeking a lively night out with a focus on music and a laid-back vibe.

Music is extremely loud (loudest of any bar I've been to): bring earplugs, even if you don't normally need them. Entrance is also unmarked and difficult to find. Has a great dive bar feel to it though.
The venue is beautiful and well maintained.I was really excited when I first got there. There is no food, the doors opened up late, the drinks were messy, and even though he was kind the bartender seemed frustrated and flustered. I don't think you tabbed me out at the end of the night. Overall has a lot of potential. This set and bands seem great and the venue just needs an attitude adjustment.
The Cobra was a fun place for the Thot topic event. However I had a rude bartender call me an asshole due to my inability to tip. I had just enough for my and my parties drinks so the rude comments weren’t needed and then my card was double charged bc the bartender tipped himself that’s scummy behavior.I am just disappointed in the customer service skills of the bar plz do better.
My friends frequent here often and were excited to take us and I’m disappointed to say we had a bad experience thanks to the bartender Briana. I politely requested to play the jukebox as it seemed, she had changed from the radio station she had previously had on. She said no, that she was running the music and asked what I would like to listen to and as we were in what I understood to be a metal, rock and industrial bar, I requested to listen to those genres. I was told "well this is what I listen to when I bartend" and she did about face and walked right away from me. We would have enjoyed an evening there, having fun, spending money but we left because of her outright vehemence and callousness. I am extremely disappointed and feel utterly disrespected at a place that is a friend favorite. They were extremely disappointed as well. So is it a great place? I can tell you if she is there, it is not.
This place is just everything anyone needs from music and people. The good vibes fill this place just like a random smoke machine filling the air. Just come chill, and feel this place. No one doesn't want you here!!!
I've only been to a couple venues in Nashville but this is definitely one of the best! I totally enjoyed the industrial feel of the place, and the layout was pretty cool too, except I spent 10 minutes waiting at the wrong stage for the wrong show LMAO. We came out on 12/9/2022 to see Not Your Nails, and it was an absolutely amazing show! I will definitely be coming back to future events at this venue. Industrial Santa rocks! 🤟
Bearded guy at the ticket counter was extremely disrespectful for no reason. I had a coke bottle with barely anything left in it, which I was going to finish while my friends were paying for their tickets. The guy at the counter told me to toss my coke bottle and I simply asked in a calm voice if I could finish it real quick before I went in. The dude the proceeded to change his tone and told me "do as your told." Really odd experience.
