I had a fantastic experience at Freebird Boot Store, thanks to Isaiah! He was incredibly helpful, funny, and kind throughout my visit. I ended up purchasing two pairs of boots, and his assistance made the process so much easier, since i can never make up my mind. Isaiah truly went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. It was my last day in Nashville, and I didn’t realize there was a Freebird store until two hours before I was leaving for the airport. I had already done so much shopping that I couldn’t carry anything else home, so he arranged to ship the boots to my house for free! I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for him. Thank you for everything, and a shoutout to the sales ladies who also helped me with my decisions!

Buying pairs 9, 10 & 11 was a great experience with Isiah! We even got my husband his first pair!!! Thank you Freebird Nashville! The entire staff was fantastic!

First time visiting Nashville and we stopped in. WOW! What a cool store! We had the pleasure of meeting Isaiah. I had such a hard time choosing - all of the boots are so beautiful. Isaiah was so patient, helpful and kind. Gave me a lot of tips on caring for and breaking in my new boots. Would definitely recommend this store and Isaiah.

We had an incredible experience with our customer service rep Isaiah. He was patient with me while I tried on multiple shoes. There were so many to select from, I didn't know where to start. Isaiah made suggestions, was professional and kind. We were his last customers of the night and ended up being there after closing. We never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He was great to work with and we walked out with 2 pairs of incredible shoes! The atmosphere was wonderful, live music had just ended when we came in but the music selection playing was perfect! We had a wonderful shopping experience and the shoes are incredible. We'll crafted and worth every penny! Be sure to stop in and ask for Isaiah! We will definitely be back!!

Lauren and Isiah were both great to deal with. Knowledgeable on not only the boots but also of Nashville and where to go, even if the line was around the corner made it worth it but primarily off beaten paths for fun that lived up to their hype. Great people. Great products and Great Service.

The best and most fun shopping experience! I had been looking for a new pair of boots while I was in town. And stumbled upon the store. It's truly unique the staff is super fun and helpful. And there's a full bar and often live music. Even if you have no need for boots or hats I highly recommend stopping in for a drink and to peruse this super interesting building. AND we were able to take the boots and wear them and then bring them back to the store and they ship them home for free so we did not have to worry about packing them in our luggage. Brilliant!!

I was gifted a pair of Freebird Starz boots for Christmas and they were too small and the website was out of stock in my size. I called the Nashville location and Chelsea was incredible. Chelsea pulled two pair of boots for me and stayed later in order for me to make it to the store and try them on. I was traveling from Atlanta to get the correct shoe size and Chelsea called to check on us and make sure that we were okay as we had discussed the time that we would arrive. When we got to the store, she was incredible and had the best attitude despite how busy and crowded the store was. I cant say enough about how much I appreciate Chelseas willingness to go above and beyond for me to enjoy my boots.
