The woman that worked there was extremely nice - especially to my daughter who wanted to try on several different things that were on the mannequins… as those were the only extra small sizes they had. She gave her a discount on a winter hat, as it was freezing cold there. She also helped her find a new set of rings when one of the stones was missing on a set she was looking at.

I am in love with the boots I purchased during my visit to Nashville. Nick and TT were excellent to work with and were able to schedule my boots for delivery. The store had a ton of options making it a great experience for people with different color and style preferences for both men and women.

We are visiting Nashville for the first time and we met William in the store! He was AMAZING! He helped us find 2 pair of boots and some hats and jewelry to blend in with the locals. The quality here is so much better than the fashion stores 2 for 1. William explained to us how the hat size works and boot types and it was such a learning experience! We highly recommend this place! Thank you William for being so patient with us! He has long hair and wears a hat and very friendly! Go say hi and ask him to help you!

This is another good spot to check out. Service was okay, I was clearly wondering around looking for kids boots and had to ask for help. Granted I got there when they opened, but didn't ruin my experience. Nice selection and layout. Kids area up stairs is nice and good selection.

Definitely super gorgeous selections! Very organized and clean! All the designs and colors you could ever desire! Right on Broadway and close to all the things! Very helpful staff and super clean! The smell of leather will bring u to the front door! Spend the money on the Boots! It’s Nash Vegas! I’m super happy with my purchase!

Thanks to Taylor at Boot Barn I was able to purchase my boyfriend’s first pair of boots! Taylor was very kind, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with during our entire visit at the store.

I had a fantastic experience here! The store itself is really cool and has a great atmosphere. Brett was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond. He even helped me adjust a belt I had brought in with me. Excellent customer service like that is hard to find. I will definitely be back!
